Quick service
I bought a washing machine that I had to return as it did not plug into a standard North American outlet. I therefore contacted Sapna from Canadian Appliance Source to schedule an exchange and Sapna made the entire process seamless. I was able to get a different washer delivered within 3 days and I received a full refund for the other washing machine. Delivery included removal of the old device and set up of the new one. I was very impressed! Thank you Sapna!

I knew my product number. Called CAS on a Monday morning ,talked to a very knowledgeable young man who didn't try to upsell. He mentioned the cost which was the same as the website info. No surprises......
The appliance was delivered and completely installed and working by 8 P.M.
