Excellent Experience
We were treated very well by Faran even though we had to wait for his attention as he was busy with other customers. We should have booked time with him or his associate.
We explained what we were looking for and although there wasn’t one on the floor, there was one in a different colour so we knew what the one we wanted would look like inside and out but in the colour we wanted.
It was delivered and hooked up three days later by two very careful and competent men.

From start to finish, the Canadian Appliance Source crew professionally managed our purchase. On the retail side, Farman found us the right fit with three appliances at a very fair price. The delivery team were most careful to land our heavy purchase in the right spot with minimal disruption and no nicks or scratches, and the installer was prompt, effective, and helpful. Farman did a great job getting good discounts, the appliances were delivered promptly and in great condition.
overall price was better than estimates from competitors. Communication through the website portal is excellent with all manuals and instructions all there.

Our sales guy Farman was excellent. After taking our order for a new dishwasher, he kept in contact with us, responded to correspondence timely, ensured we were kept up to date and the dishwasher was delivered to our home when scheduled.
