We just recently purchased a washing machine from Canadian appliance source and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in years. They were able to help us as soon as we walked in the store and the process of purchasing was quick and easy. They also offer free delivery and pick up of old appliances, which was very helpful. Overall good experience with a few minor wrinkles
Ordering my range and dishwasher from CAS was very straightforward. I was able to get comprehensive information and reviews from their website, choose and purchase appliances, and set up my delivery date online. The delivery process was a bit confusing, because I specified a date, but then it asked for a "window of time" after that. Once we got past that it was smooth sailing. They gave a 3 hour delivery window the night before, and showed up within the window. If more notice could be given of the 3 hour window, it would make it easier to juggle the rest of life!

This ended up being a very upsetting…
This ended up being a very upsetting experience for me I have the stackable washer and dryer. The washer died so I went to Canadian appliance and purchased an Electrolux washer which incidentally I love. Mike, who I found out later, is the manager, asked what kind of dryer I had. I told him and all he said was the washer is a step up from the dryer. After the washer was delivered the delivery guys said I needed to get some foam to put between the washer and dryer Because the dryer was older they could not stack them so I went to Home Depot for foam but didn’t know what I was looking for so went to their appliance department and they told me they didn’t think two different brands could be stacked together so I went home made a few calls to other places and then called Electrolux They agreed the machines were not stackable so I called Mike who was away sick I purchased the washer on Saturday and by Wednesday or Thursday he was still not back to work and no one else could help me. It had to be him By the following Saturday after still getting nowhere at Canadian Appliance I went to Home Depot and purchased the dryer. They were extremely helpful and the delivery guys were excellent Mike then emailed on Saturday after I sent a few blasting emails and sent me Electrolux info stating they had to be matching washer and dryer Now he is the manager and should have told me this when I purchased the washer which then I would have purchased both with $150 off which was another issue during my nightmare week. I was not able to use the washer because I had no dryer so I asked them since the washer was not used and purchased about three days earlier would I not still get the $150 off since I would be buying the matching dryer all within a few days. No they would not honor that That was the last straw so paid more and purchased from Home Depot
I will never recommend this place On top of everything the staff told me he was away because he had bad knees. One of my blasting emails was if it was sore knees I understand but I did not understand why he could not use his hands or mouth to call
me or to give staff permission to deal with my upsetting issue

Washer is loud and shakes
The washer I purchased is very loud and shakes a lot when it is running. Either there is something wrong with the machine or it was installed incorrectly.

Was a very poor experience from start…
Was a very poor experience from start to finish. First told us a set was available then on delivery day informed us not in stock and would have weeks to get had to go in a pay 400 dollars more for a different set. Then nitpicked about everything and did none of the installation at all then when we complained we got the comment as a gesture of good faith we will give you back the money you paid for installation. Then left all packaging told us we did not pay to have removed but we were never told we had to pay. Overall very poor experience would never buy from them again.

The delivery team reported that the installation could not be completed because the necessary drainage pipe was not available.
Please note that our installation service covers basic connections and does not include plumbing work; all required hookups must be ready for a standard connection at the time of delivery.
Additionally, because the existing taps were rusted, our team could not safely disconnect the hoses without risking damage to your property.
As a gesture of goodwill and to address your concerns, our team has processed a credit of $100.80 to refund your installation charges.
