Sales person was very knowledgeable. Delivery people were excellent and took care not to damage my walls as it was a tight squeeze to get the fridge with the angles and up the stairs.

It was a wonderful experience
It was a wonderful experience. What we were looking for was in stock and there was no pressure to buy. The delivery was seemless, they arrived within the expected delivery window, explained what they were doing, and never over explained anything. Overall it was a great experience, and I definitely recommend them.

Overall good experience with a few minor wrinkles
Ordering my range and dishwasher from CAS was very straightforward. I was able to get comprehensive information and reviews from their website, choose and purchase appliances, and set up my delivery date online. The delivery process was a bit confusing, because I specified a date, but then it asked for a "window of time" after that. Once we got past that it was smooth sailing. They gave a 3 hour delivery window the night before, and showed up within the window. If more notice could be given of the 3 hour window, it would make it easier to juggle the rest of life!
