Great buying experience
My wife and I have recently bought a new appliance at Canadian Appliance Source (on 1585 Kenaston Blvd, Winnipeg, MB). They have good prices, a great variety of appliances available and an awesome customer service. Overall, it's a great buying experience!

Installer did my new dishwasher…
Installer did my new dishwasher installation and declared "this machine is defective" and left.
4 days later the manufacturer's rep you arranged came on site and fired up the unit with no problem.
It is a panel ready DW. I am still waiting for the panel to be installed. The original installer said "not my department, get a cabinet maker to do it". The CAS customer service rep said the installers do it, but for an extra charge.
I would just appreciate having this completed, I've been trying to resolve this for a couple of weeks now. For the time being the unit works, but the extra strong springs in the door cause it to slam shut on my arm if there's no weight holding it down because the panel isn't installed. Help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the confusion and inconvenience you experienced during the installation process.
For panel-ready dishwashers, the installation of the custom cabinet panel is not included in the standard appliance installation and would be considered an additional service. This type of work often needs to be arranged directly with the installation provider or a cabinet professional.

Everything went as scheduled in the Showroom. Advertising price matching and then not matching because of conditions was a bit of a setback. Overall excellent service including the delivery & set-up.

The service from our salesperson was…
The service from our salesperson was good however we did not get the washer we had come in for. There was a Samsung machine which was on sale for $605 which is the one we were interested in. We were told that there were none in stock and it would take two weeks to get one in. This delay was not acceptable as our machine was dead and we needed to get one right away. The salesperson suggested we get a LG machine at a cost that was about $150 more than what the Samsung was on sale for. As we needed a machine right away we reluctantly got the LG machine. It would have been nice if we were offered a discount on the machine we ended up with as this experience is the perfect example of bait and switch. Offer something at a good price, don’t have it in stock and sell us something more expensive.

Disconnected and removed old washer and removed off premises (as well as box and packing) Less than an hour from start to finish including quality control to ensure our new appliance performed, and everything was working as it should before he left. No proper jnstall
While the delivery
men were great at bringing in the new stove and removing the old one,they couldn't install because of a floor plug (?) and the new unit was too cold. We really struggled to move the stove in & get it leveled and then it was covered in tape which left residue all over it especially the cook top which I'm not sure i can even remove! Not very happy with the experience.

I was looking at this stove since last…
I was looking at this stove since last year and decided not to buy it yet. This year I was looking again and found it on sale, and that's why I decided it to buy it now. I send Michael Wu an email to see if this stove was in the showroom to look at, but he told me, it was still in the warehouse. So I went down to talk with him about it. And he made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. So I decided to buy it, He's very easy to deal with. The only issue that I had was when it was delivered. They gave me a time range between 12 and 3 and my delivery came in by 5.

I had an excellent experience with the Delivery of My New Refridgerator
I had an excellent experience with my appliance delivery. The team arrived on time within the scheduled window and gave me a heads up call beforehand. The handled my new appliance with great care, carefully bringing it into the house without bumping walls or floors. The installers were professional, efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. They leveled and set up the appliance, walked me through the basic functions, and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. Outstanding service from start to finish-highly recommended.
