The Core Return Terms for Unused Items

- 60-Day Full Refund Window: You have a full 60 days from purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

- $0 Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

- Original Packaging Requirement: To qualify for this standard return, the product must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Process a Return

- Keep Your Packaging (For Standard Returns): If you simply changed your mind, ensure the appliance remains in its original box/packaging.

What If Your Product is Damaged or Defective?

We want to make sure that you are fully aware that if your product arrives damaged or is not working, the standard policy rules above do not apply to you.

I was told I could pick up my appliance…

I was told I could pick up my appliance on Saturday September 2. That convinced me to buy. Then when I called to confirm a pick up time, I was told the earliest was September 5. I feel like your company lied to get my sale.

Please note that our transfer schedule changed due to the public holiday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to have the unit transferred to the store on Saturday.

S**t service from CAS. Don’t do business with them

We have dealt multiple times with CAS. Great sales and the delivery time has always been terrific . We ordered a dishwasher and the usual delivery team was replaced by a third party. Hard to get to. Supposed to show up and cancelled at 3:30 for a 3- 5 delivery window appointment. Our tenant stayed home from work to take delivery and now we have to talk about compensation for him. I will never, ever, ever, ever deal with CAS again. The worst experience I have ever had. Wow. Totally dropped the ball. PS, this dishwasher was our 7th appliance from CAS. Never again.

Promised pick up time was a bust

I was told that my washer would be ready for pickup on Friday, Sep. 1. I made arrangements to borrow a pickup to make this pickup. CAS confirmed that the item was ready for pickup. I phoned on Thursday and spoke to a CAS employee so I would have a seamless Pickup and I was told that my order was not ready. There was no one that could talk to me and they would be back to me in a couple hours.
