Item never arrived. Sent out another and it had a missing item. Had to email twice and leave a bad review before they got back to me.

Second bad experience with this company, initially received a smashed candle, my complaint was ignored until I wrote a review. They then sent me a replacement what they sent is smaller in weight than the smashed one. Would you be happy with this? I'm certainly.not!!!

Perfect and fast delivery had a little issue with a candle being broken and customer services sorted it straight away and had a new one next day
Just updated my ratings. The company was slow to respond to my complaint of my 2nd order from them being smashed.
I'm happy to say that I have now heard back and been refunded the cost of the damaged item.
They really need to send you an acknowledgement email when you make contact so you're not left hanging.
Broken product on delivery. Followed up three times and zero response from customer service. Despite it being Christmas period and a retailer they do not operate any customer service on a Saturday. Do not buy from them if you’re expecting responsive customer service.
I've ordered a fair few candles from them as we like St Eval but even with discount their postage is so expensive that you end up paying the same as you would anywhere else. There are plenty of cheaper places available which offer free or cheaper postage.
Ordered some votive candles which arrived today, slightly disappointed that they are old stock. If you peel the bottom label open (which looks old to begin with) there is rust on the wick metal plate.
I think if you're selling old stock it should be discounted more and it should say on the product information on the website.
I purchased some plug in refills - Midnight Jasmin, because they were 20% cheaper than Yankee Candle.... there is always a reason! There is no smell from them at all, I might as well turn them off..... never again will I purchase from them.
This used to be a great company which I ordered from regularly and they were quick to reply if you emailed with a query. Unfortunately now they are absolute rubbish. Items permanently out of stock and no reply to 3 emails sent. A once great company to order from and deal with has done a radical return. Don't waste your time. Very disappointed
I placed the order, got details of shipping. All good. Delivery arrived but one item was incorrect scent. I contacted customer service and almost immediately sent me the right item which again, arrived quickly. It's good to write a positive review, even when something has gone wrong

Brilliant customer service! My recent order had some damage to the packaging of a candle tin and a diffuser box. This wouldn’t have been an issue usually, but these items were for gifts. I emailed customer service and got a swift response. After sending photos, I was quickly offered a refund of a replacement. I opted for the latter, which I’m very happy with 😊
Preciously ordered and had great experience. Last order 2 out of 4 candles damaged. No reply via email and message on instagram. Will be doing a claim via PayPal and never order from them again.
Good candles and nice discount but appalling delivery the guys on my camera the first time presses bell and is gone in 20 seconds and the second time pulls up and drives off no knock. Dropped at the local post office 2 miles away with no car I get there and they charged me £1 before getting my parcel as candles direct had underpaid postage, I would never use again or reccomend simply down to their choice of courier 🚚

A box came damaged this was replaced by a simple email and a very caring response apologising for the inconvenience

2 of the 3 candles I bought as a Christmas present were smashed to pieces broken glass falling on, my daughter's lap, and the other had barely any smell there is no contact number and the email does not work.
Very good organisation, quick delivery and quick with replacing any broken candles. Customer service is great - Highly recommend this place!
DO NOT EVER use this company. I went into their website to look at candles and put some stuff in the basket. I stupidly entered my details into the basket and now they are sending me notifications when I did not sign up to receive them. Not happy about this. They also claim to have a sale but their prices are always the same. Complete liars.
