Terrible company. Appalling service…

Awful company. Sends email incentives to loyal customers to give the company a good review and then reneges on the offer. When you attempt to contact them to honour they simply ignore you!
Avoid at all costs. Will never purchase from these crooks again.

I love candles and home fragrance so Candles Direct are my go to. Prices are competitive and delivery is great All good.

If you want a good choice of candles or wax melts this is who you should use every time to shop with confidence

I use candles direct for all my candles. They always send out really quickly, I had an issue a while back and they sorted it immediately no questions asked. They have a great range of not only Yankee but goose creek too which is another of my favourites. I will continue to always use this company for my collection which is now quite vast.
