This is a scam, don't waste your time. When you try to contact the the review team to inquire about payment for your reviews, it is an autoresponder. It is impossible to speak to an actual person. Will be reporting them to the BBB.

Alejandro was thorough & got me to a vendor who could help me with my needs. I was also very pleased with the power point guide to help me outline my presentation to get the approval for the software for my bosses!

Capterra made the process incredibly easy! They quickly identified two great options for what I needed and even reached out to both companies on my behalf to schedule demos. Within just a few hours of my initial conversation, I had both demos booked. I’m now moving forward with one of their recommendations and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

Detailed info about software capabilities for many uses, well-organized and highly detailed. It's been my go-to source for finding the right tools for the use cases I've scoped for several years. Provides straightforward info about each product's pros and cons, user reviews and the ability to compare several options side-by-side. They also provide detailed options based on a conversation with their advisors. The only downside was that they recommended options that were clearly outside my needs & price range. Their recommendations seem biased towards the needs of larger organizations, not solo operators.

Captera liked a review I submitted for one of their softwares they have on their list ...they sent me an email offering 20 bux for any further reviews I did on other software ...I scanned their list and found other software I had experience with and submitted 5 more reviews.. they only picked 1 of them but they did give me 20 bux for it ...the other 4 reviews didnt get picked up ..I wont be reviewing anymore software for them because its not really worth the time for 1/5 reviews accepted but I appreciate the 20 bux anyway...

This is the message I got when trying…
This is the message I got when trying to access their website: "Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access capterra.com." This is completely unfair since I haven't done anything wrong that would justify being blocked.
It seems like their security protocols are really poor and extremely overprotective.
