I love this company. Very good quality clothes and look out for amazing offers/sales they do. I bought an amazing pink dress for a wedding and it arrived on time and really good quality as well. I've bought things over the past few years and when I've had to return an item because it doesn't fit right, it's always hassle free. The staff are quick to respond to queries too. 5 stars.

The coat I ordered arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The faux fur is very good quality and the coat looks a lot more expensive than it was - very luxurious and warm, and it has had lots of lovely comments! I didn’t need to contact customer services but they are very active on their Insta page so I would imagine they respond quickly to any issues.

Caramella staffs are great in customer services, they provided excellent customer service & support when needed. I can not thank them enough for helping me out with recent orders & delivery issues etc. their quality of clothes are really good too. I highly recommends to others to purchase from them, they do not compromise on quality or customer services saying it from experience. Thank you Caramel for everything you’ve done for me!

This was my first time ordering, I was unsure about the sizing and fit so I left a message on insta, and the customer service was amazing I thought no one would probably get back to me in time but they got back to me and their responses were quick and efficient which made me feel even better about the brand itself and made me go ahead and place that order. All queries were answered and no confusion left😁

Ordered a dress made a little blip

The company offers high quality clothes that rival high street brands. I have ordered several times from them and have never been disappointed. Their returns process is easy and the communication with the team is fast and direct. The website is easy to navigate and I enjoy their social media posts and ads that are clear and transparent to what you receive in terms of the quality. Will continue to shop with them for quite a while!

I returned multiple items, which was recieved back by Caramella on the 8th December. Despite multiple emails and conversations I still don't have my refund. Even with the Christmas period it's been nearly a month since they got the return back. I used to love this brand but I won't bother in future as they're now simply holding onto hundreds of pounds of my money for no real reason. Avoid!

I placed my first order with Caramella. The delivery was exceptionally quick. The quality of the clothes are fabulous. However their customer service is outstanding. Even during the busy festive period the response was quick and very helpful. I’ll definitely be a returning customer
