Caravans in the Sun レビュー 

Without any contact from me to caravans in the sun I have been continually bombarded with emails. I have unsubscribed twice from their mailing list and emailed them asking for them to stop but to no avail. I have had to resort to reporting them to the IOC. I have also had to rewrite this review due to their complaints.

I would like to tell you about the my experience buying a Sunroller.

Last year I sadly had to relocate from a site I loved in the Var area of France was very sad about this as had spent many happy years at Camping Berard. Was looking online at where I could purchase another mobile home and was not really thinking I could find anywhere as nice as my previous site.
I looked at several options using Caravans in the Suns website and came across a site in Tuscany called Toscana villages and thought I would go down and visit with an open mind to see if I would want to purchase a caravan on this site.
It took me roughly a day to decide to purchase a caravan on this site, and since then have had absolutely no regrets the site is great and the staff and other residents a joy to have met and now consider as friends.
The area is just out of this world and each time I am at caravan (sadly due to Coronavirus) not as much as planned discover wee gems and hill top villages that are just amazing.
It is ideally situated short drive to local train station on main line Pisa to Florence and very reasonably priced train tickets.
The site itself is very rustic with amazing views of the rolling hills of Tuscany. Also good restaurant that was open over the winter and very reasonably priced.
It is situated in the lovely town of Montopoli and local bar is 10 minute walk from site and other amenities like shops and restaurants all within this stunning town.
My initial depression of having to leave my dream caravan in France has gone as managed to stumble via Caravans in the suns website on to the most stunning and amazing site and me my family and friends have all been blown away by this wonderful site.

Attracted by the idea of having an affordable way to spend time in Italy, I contacted Caravans in the Sun last autumn about Toscana Holiday Village in Val d'Arno.
The UK team were very helpful and informative, and I arranged a weekend there in November to look at the site and the available options.
It was easy to get to Montopoli via Pisa, using the train for this first trip. Staff on site were friendly, professional and helpful, and I was able to see a number of mobile homes at different price points during my weekend there.
The site is lovely, and the on-site facilities good. Montopoli is a 10 or 15 minute walk away, with small shops, bars, post office, bank machines etc.
The purchasing process with the UK team was straightforward, and site fees are paid separately to Toscana Holiday Village in Italy.
I spent a longer period there for New Year and the first part of January, and found that the site lived up to expectations. I hired a car easily from Pisa Airport, and so was also able to do a bit more exploring of the surrounding areas.
Sadly I have not been able to go again as planned because of travel restrictions and Covid 19, but I cannot wait to be able to get there again.

Paradise in Tuscany.

I visited Toscano holiday village September 2018 and basically fell in love with the park, people and surrounding area. The airport at pisa is only 25min drive and hirering a car is easy and very reasonably priced. I bought my home in January 2019 and have never looked back. The staff have become firm friends who could not help me enough.
The restaurant is magical all through out the year with live music and fantastic traditional italian food. I have met amazing people who have become my second family. I would highly recommend anyone reading this review to visit and buy a lovely home on a beautiful magical park.

Our static caravan on Buganvilla site has been one of the easiest purchases we have made. That is thanks to the help and professionalism of 'Caravans in the Sun' and especially Viviana. The after sales service has been excellent and the staff on Buganvilla have made our holiday home a pleasure to be there. We have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

I did not go for any of the come look trips that were on offer from Caravans in the Sun. I knew exactly what it was i wanted to view so i booked a flight having organised the trip with them. Two days later i was met by the lovely Viviana, she answered every question i could think of and informed my of the facilities on the Buganvilla park, Marbella, i was asking for and left me with full confidence in the company Caravans in the sun as well as convinced the park Buganvilla was a really nice place.
I ended up purchasing the Lodge i viewed, i can honestly say the after sales has been as good as the sales, the park is run by nice people there are one or two individuals on the park who are not to my taste but that is life.
I would recommend there services if asked with no hesitation.

I researched Caravans in the sun for a long time before I finally viewed the site I felt suited my needs and boy was I glad I did. Saydo Park is right in the middle of the mountains surrounded by traditional white Spanish villages and lakes. Bambi gave me all the advice I needed to make an informed decision and I am so glad I bought my home with wonderful facilities on the park through a trusted Company with fantastic staff. Highly recommended.

We first purchased a mobile home, located at Toscana Village in Italy, from Caravans in the Sun in 2017. After we visited the site and chose our mobile home the process couldn’t have been more straight forward. The UK based staff have assisted with any info we’ve required. We have now purchased a second mobile home from Caravans in the Sun located in Toscana Village. At Toscana Village we have found friendly staff giving a great service. I highly recommend Caravans in Sun and Toscana Village.

I found the company to be very helpful when I bought my static caravan in Brittany.

Caravans in the Sun provided a quick, efficient, reasonably priced service for selling our mobile home.

Fantastic customer service, both before and after purchase. We bought our mobile home a year and a half ago.

We've had a couple of small issues; I've emailed and straightaway someone, normally Jayne, has replied with advice, suggestions or organised help.

Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is very friendly and approachable.

Great contact and assistance through the whole procedure. Very straight forward and answered all of my questions and queries throughout.

We sold our IRM caravan in Tenerife with Caravans in the Sun. They were great from start to finish and we got the figure that we had initially requested. A very easy way to buy & sell a caravan. Thanks CITS

Just wanted to say how impressed we have been with everyone at Caravans in the Sun, especially James and Mel for patiently answering our endless questions so knowledgeably, and to Lisa Hellak for showing us around, answering all our questions and completing the key handover for our new home. Caravans in the sun could not do enough to help us when we purchased our home in Apremont Praires Du Lac
On our first visit we found ourselves lost and Kathryn came out to find us it was no problem for her and our handover went smoothly
We purchased straight from the site without viewing and could not be happier with our mobile home. It has had a few little problems which have been dealt with

This was the start of a new adventure for my wife and I and from the beginning Caravans in the sun came up trumps. From getting the static produced and shipped (could even watch the ship it was on) to us getting the perfect plot on site. Any queries and after sales were dealt with efficiently and effectively.
