Friendly staff and good service. Would definitely recommend !

Arrived on a Sunday at around 10am at the leeds showroom, always like going here as you get to sit in and look around a good variety of cars. Got greated when we entered by a sales rep called manny (was fantastic) got us a drink made us feel welcome talked us through things after having a good look and narrowing down what we budgeted found a car what we like manny sorted out a test drive and then we went through the paperwork. Great experience just took a little longer than I expected but drove away that day in a new car after part exchanging mine in.

We went to car craft with an open mind on what we wanted. We were treated with exceptional customer service. Would definitely return when looking for a car again.

I was recommended to get my new car in Carcraft by my friends and family an im happy they told me about this place. I've never taken out a car on finance before nor even taken out any loan do I was a bit unsure as to how my credit was, but the gentlemen who was helping me find my new car reassured me that I will fine an il be able to get a new car that same day. I ended up coming out the showroom with a nice VW polo at a very good price, they taxed an insured my car an I got a 1year free service an breakdown cover.

I was very happy I would definitely go back there again for another car, everything was quick but thorough an there was a wide selection of cars to choose from.

After purchasing a Fiat Punto from Warcraft West Midlands on the drive home the ABS warning light and engine warning light came on, for a car that is checked over as much as carcraft claim, i would not expect this to happen

I was really pleased with the customer service that I received, Charlotte was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Carcraft sorted the issues I had with the vehicle straight away, I am satisfied with the end result. I would definitely recommend carcraft to others.

The service I received from Car craft was great. Discussed what I was looking for in no hurry what so ever. Only bad point is that dealing with All in one finance is not as easy as it should be.

Any questions I had were answered straight away and everyone went up and beyond to make the car I wanted affordable on my salary. I drove away with the car the same day and I am very pleased with the service I received.

Be prepared for a long weight i travelled said everything was sorted all my paper work was sent which they asked and said now come down test drive sign gone. They said it would be quick i was there 4-5 hours next day there was a problem with the car took it back which they diagnosed and fixed straight away and did a minor service 2 which made me happy. Make sure you check the car thoroughly as iv found abit missing and odd bits wrong which i was told thats why its the price if thats correct there cars are very over priced had a quote for missing parts 2nd hand nearly a grand so yeah very over priced. Just be careful as i was told things different on phone to bein in store so ask everything when your there. I do love the car tho so cant give back doubt ill use again when i upgrade.

i recently bought a car at CarCraft in Enfield. I was really impressed with all the staff there, there were very efficient and friendly (Samuel and Ralph) even though there was a bit of wait to get everything processed i was overall really impressed with my visit and will definitely be going back there for my next car.

Needed a car to my budget and that's exactly what I got I drove away within 4 hours with my new car well impressed thank you car craft

Your best choice is to stay away from car craft they are cons we chose a seat ibiza 2011 plate 1.2 £170 a month they said thats fine as it was late they told us they will phone us the next day we got the phone call to say its ready to pick up we got there they said there was a problem but they had another car for us 2008 astra Sxi the wife quite liked it and we agreed we ask if it was cheaper monthly payments he said its £240 we said no way asked for deposit ov £180 back we didnt want the car or any othere car but was told to come back the next day for it back.all the next day they were phoneing us we have a ford fiester zetec s for u we told them we would look at it when we picked deposit up when we got there we asked to look at it they said it was sold then offerd us a honda civic 1.4 we both loved it and agreed as i didnt px my old car i got a mate to drive it back for me i was in a vw bora remaped to 180 bhp and cold not keep up with the honda we reg checked it on the a1 and it came back as a 1.8 v-tec se got the car home phoned insurance who would not insure my wife as she is a learner driver the sales man new this and thats why we could not test drive it he said he didnt have time as his shift was over total con keep away sales men was called murrey he also did not give me the 6 day free insurance and i never gave any payslips bank statements or my drivers licence proof ov address he should never of let me take the car with out any ov that

Friendly staff, plenty of choice and buying options - cup of tea or coffee would be nice while waiting though!

Carcraft were very helpful and nothing appeared too much trouble. Plus lots of refreshments offered which was a nice touch
