I purchased my new car from the Chertsey branch. The staff were very helpful and informative. Once Naz knew the kind of car i was looking for he took me for a test drive and two hours later I was driving my new car home. Very happy with the service I received.
UPDATE 23.03.2015 ..... 2 weeks after driving my new car home, it broke down. Although Carcraft have repaired it FOC to myself, I am sorry to say that the day after picking it up there were problems again... I am back to Carcraft on Wednesday for my car to be repaired again. Not quite as happy as I was!!!!!!

Freedom of choice. Friendly approachable staff, but far too many steps involved to complete purchase or finance. You never know who's in charge or who you're dealing with...."Hi I'm Pete I'm the sales manager" "Hi I'm also called Pete, I'm the finance manager's manager, I'm also the deputy sales manager underneath Pete 1, you'll be dealing with Anna today"

Was really pleased with the sales guy. Let me and my wife look at several cars and take one home to check she could get it in the driveway.

However once agreed to buy the car the process after that was long and painful. Had to be driven around to find a post office to tax the car as couldn't do it online and took forever to get the forms to sign and drive away.

If you can get funds from bank or personal loan as will probably be cheaper than their interest rate and speed the process up.

So sales guy - excellent. Post sale and finance guys - not so good.

Good service by the sales and team, the team were very busy and looked after me while I was waiting for my turn to be dealt with. Very Proffesional service.

I found the whole experience of buying from Carcraft quite easy stress free. The staff were all helpful and knowledgeable with regards to their vehicles and packages.

One thing I would say though is - I would find it better if, as a customer, I was able to give a region of how much I would like to pay per month and for you to give me a list of cars (or a screen-price range) to choose from. I found it a little frustrating to go through the whole finance application process in order to find out which cars I could afford.

Other than that - I was very happy.

The service and advice provided was of the highest standard. The sales person had a good knowledge of the cars available and matched our purchase to our needs. At no time did he try and sell us something we didn't want or need. A positive car buying experience.

The staff were very helpfull from the moment we walked through the doors untill the moment I left with my new car. I actually only went to look round but fell in love with the car I bought. There was no pressure to buy though and I test drove two cars and could have tested many more if I had wanted to.

Everyting went well, grat customer service, very helpful.

As soon as i stepped in i was welcomed and treated very repeatedly. When i told the employees what i was looking for and how much i wanted to spend they quickly refined the list of cars they had and showed me the cars that was best suited for me. I took the vehicles that i liked to test drive and chose one. Discussed everything about the car and my finance deal. I was a car owner that very same day.

carcraft salesman not too pushey.even bought the coffee.only downside I found was lack of fuel in new car,only just made it to garage.

I brought a seat back in august from carcraft after 4 mouths the gearbox failed car craft say it was abuse but a independent gear box specialist has said not 3 mouth later carcraft have decided to fix the car mean time i have brought a second car and returning seat to finnance company whitch means i will loose about 10k in 6 mouths wel done carcraft phone customerservice they dont want to know so much for there drive happy garatee not worth the paper its riten on

I felt very well advised by the salesman who seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for, showed me several alternatives, and then found the best specification for my needs within the network. I was able to test-drive the car which has been brought in from a different location the very next day, liked it, traded the old car in, and drove away with a 'new' car an hour later. By far the easiest transaction for a car sale I've ever done. and I'm very happy with the choice.

Excellent service without any sales pressure. Initial contact was made by a sales person as I walked in, once informed that I was just browsing, I was left alone to wander around. When I needed some questions answering they were answered honestly and quickly. I would shop there again without any hesitation, and so far I have no problems with the car I bought.

I had gone to another large mainstream dealer of approved used cars first (won't name) but Carcraft is different. The first one let me down, advertised a car as virtually ready to go, took my deposit and than after several weeks car was still not ready. I walked, despite them offering me 12 months MOT that did not come as standard.

I than looked at the Carcraft website and from start to finish it was a pleasure doing business. I spotted my desired car in the morning, made the call at about 11:30am and by 8pm that evening I was driving it home despite it originally being in West Midlands (I am in London). The car was advertised as ready and it was arranged by Carcraft to bring it down to London for me to Test Drive within 6 hours. When I arrived at the Enfield Branch to test it, the staff were all very friendly, no pressure to buy, no false promises, car was also fully cleaned up. All their cars come with 12 months MOT and 12 months Guarantee as per standard! The other large dealer only gave 3 months warranty. After test driving, I liked, bought it, end of. I am still reading the terms but I think if I service it before 6000 miles or 6 months the warranty is extended for free for another year. I think the service is free too but don't quote me on that, ask them. All companies have to offer you extended warranties as an optional buy but as my brother is a mechanic I naturally didn't need it. What struck me was that there was no hard sell tactic or disappointment when I declined. I just wanted the car, no extras and they got it. Every member of staff I dealt that day was polite and friendly. Carcraft is an Approved Used Car business that I would definitely recommend.

My experience with carcraft was great, the service was very quick and efficient I went in and the same day out with a new car which I love!! My credit is poor and I was accepted with the help of carcraft and the plus side is affordable payments. I would highly recommend carcraft and will definitely be going back again in the future. My daughter recently purchased a car from carcraft and had a lot of good things to say. So I went to visit them myself and the help was there when needed. Had a really good experience with the salesman Mehmet in the Enfield branch. I would have no hesitation recommending carcraft.
