Warm friendly atmosphere. Helpful staff catered to our needs. You could even get a coffee while waiting.

It was Ok could of been worse....could of been better

Having an IVA they helped me go through the process . 5 weeks later car sorted . Matt were brilliant . My only down side were they told me payments be lower but ended up 12 pounds a month over . Other than that I am very pleased

The gentleman that helped me choose my new car listened to what I wanted, was very patient when it came to test driving the cars I was considering, giving me an honest opinion in all my options. All in all, extremely pleased with my new car and the service we recieved was first class! Won't hesitate to use these guys again, would highly recommend them to any friends and family.

We bought a nissan micra from car craft Enfield.
All the staff were really pleasant and couldn't have made us feel more welcome.

I went to carcraft with no real idea about what car i wanted. The staff were helpful, caring and eager to please. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend. Test driving a variety of cars was a bonus.

Great service and after care package offered at carcraft. Would recommend. Was able to drive the car away on the same day.

My only compliant is the length of time it takes to sort every thing out. We arrived at 11:00 and did not leave until 16:00. The staff were very kind to us while we waited offering us food and drink but still it was a long time to wait.

The service provided on the day was good however, I had to provide some documents for ID purposes which as yet have not all been returned as promised.

This is the 3rd car we have bought from Carcraft we always end up going back there and getting the deal we want. It's possible to buy and drive the car away the same day but can take a few hours for everything to be sorted. Any issues with the car have always been sorted out without any issues although getting through on the phone can take a while.

I bought a vw 62 reg golf and was extremely disappointed by the poor level of customer service following the sake, they sold me a car when they knew the automatic stop start button didn't work and have since refused to take responsibility and sort the issue! The sales person promised to sort it and never did so I'm stuck with a faulty car! His name was Sid at car craft near white rose, I will never use them again

I brought a Vauxhall insignia from your darlaston branch Abdul one of your salespersons was extremely helpful and he kept all of his promises I was impressed
However the car was signed up as having Bluetooth which I later found it did not have it which was important for my job
I took the vehicle back explained to Abdul who again was very helpful and we chose a Peugeot 3008 again Abdul and the other staff were extremely helpful
I believe Abdul is an asset to carcraft
