I ordered a column switch for a Renault master but received an indicator lens for a VW Polo, tried to call but was told it would be at least a two hour wait, have emailed them 3 times without reply 😡 worst service ever

I want to return brake pads that do not fit our daughters car. I tried calling customer services - it was a 2 hour wait, they also said on their outgoing message, that live chat was 2 hour wait also, so I e-mailed them. Got an automatic reply with request number. Heard nothing from them for 4 days - tried calling again, still 2 hour wait on both phone and live chat. Decided to try live chat, was 22nd in queue - was queuing for about 4 hours, got down to 4th then they just cut me off. Tried again next day at 9 am - was 4th in queue - after almost an hour, got to first in queue, then I was cut off again. Tried to reconnect, was now 16th in queue. Gave up and sent feedback telling them they are the most difficult customer services I have ever dealt with. Just read other reviews on here, think I will try to sell the pads on local selling page instead of trying to return. Customer Services at this company seems non existent, they are an internet based company, so should have staff to deal with queries, even though they have to deal with Covid 19 issues. Very frustrated and stressed with the whole process. I would not use them again.

Ordered 2 brake disks, they only sent me 1. After 3 days trying, and then queuing for over 2 hours, got through on live chat. Wouldn't send me another brake disk, no, I had to send one back and they would send 2.

Still waiting... can't spend hours of my day waiting for them to answer the phone or live chat. Worst so-called "customer service".

Wrong part received. Waisted over 6 hours trying to get through to someone so tried live chat. Got kicked off twice after being in the queue for over an hour each time. Left several emails with my contact details without reply. Had to cancel my repair booking twice after a delay and then wrong part. Have given up chasing so gone elsewhere for part and will try and sell wrong part sent. 2 key nhs, military workers now without a car. Thanks for nothing carparts4less. Do not use!

Honestly worst supplier I have ever had to deal with.

I would give minus if i could. This company is worse company ever. I ordered a part arpil 1st to be told its out stock even though they took my money !! I have been waiting for a refund since april 21st still no refund. I have called few times to be told its on its way but all lies. I also sent emails which they ignore worse car parts company out there very unprofessional

Customer service is appalling,no response what so ever to 5 emails ,phone line where your made to wait 2hrs,only to get through to out source office who just take messages ,sent wrong parts,can't return for exchange or refund ,its a joke,shouldn't be open if you can't operate properly.

No delivery. No customer service. Ordered a car bulb and 8 weeks later still waiting. 3 hour wait on phone line (forget it!), live chat doesn't have a link, and 5 e-mails go unanswered. I know these are difficult times, but every other automotive retailer I work with has maintained some service standards, especially the ones based overseas.

Its starting to be so bad its funny with this company, ordered and paid 4th April a few bits, finally got the delivery notification today and a box arrived to find part of my order a 46p sponge, cheers! given up all hope for the rest, feel sorry for anyone who has ordered a large value amount, for me losing what i have is worth the knowledge to never use this company again, farcical bordering on criminal, Avoid.

Ordered service items , been waiting for 8 days and been told delivery is going to be delayed, wish i had read reviews avoid like the plague, better paying more for parts with other companies and get parts on time.

If I could give minus I would, they sent wrong parts, then tried to blame me, I asked for a refund and got a refund for only one of the items. The other was £70 which if I hadn't of constantly called and emailed threatening with trading standards I wouldn't of got. The customer service advisor barely spoke a word of English. I will definitely not be shopping at car parts 4 less or euro car parts again.

I cant even give them 1 star tbh. I ordered a car battery on 2nd May and not received it as of 2.6.2020. I've spent hrs and hrs trying to get through to a human being without any luck, also emailed numerous times but just the standard response text come back. CARPARTS4LESS should be avoided like the plaque, a truly terrible service. It seems they have a back log of online orders but still taking online orders without trying to keep the customers happy that are still waing for over a month.The main page says orders could 10 days and not to call before this time, I've called since then and no one is answering calls.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I can't find a way to give them less than one star. Simply don't buy anything from them until the coronovirus issue has been resolved. They clearly are having issues with understaffing, unskilled people picking parts, no one on the helpline, chat line or emails. They think it efficient to send out four items in four separate couriers, one of which was incorrect. Rather than take the time, pick the orders correctly and have a bit of a delay that everyone would understand, they fire out wrong bits and then have no way of contacting them to sort out. 4 hours on the Chat helpline today from from number 129 down to number 8, and I was then kicked off before speaking to anyone. No emails replied and an apparent two hour wait if you ring.Once again do not buy from them. They are a vision of Eurocarparts, but without the stores, who are usually ok to deal with. Just don't use them.

Incomplete order, no contact by any means going on for months feels like iv been robbed after dealing with these cowboys

I feel I should be compensated for the stress and waste of time your company has given me not only did the incorrect part arrive but x2 incorrect exhausts arrived. I then had to arrange for them to be picked up from my place of work when on at least 3 occasions DPD pick up you arranged refused to collect! I must say that your customer service advisor Chloe did all she could under the circumstances and kept me informed but I know was out of her hands!!

The worst Customer Service I have ever received and ive travelled around Asia and South America!!
Its been 60 days since I ordered my 10L of oil and a filter. The filter came on its own and then 10 days later I got 5L of oil. I have photographic proof of the parcel including the DHL packaging and shipping weight which I have offered to furnish. I have spent 7 hours on the phone waiting in queue. I have spent countless hours in the chat queue usually im number 130-160 in line only to be kicked when it gets to the last 10 in queue 4 times!! (do not do this seriously its awful!). Ive left my number 4 times I have e-mailed 10 times now...
The only contact i have had from the customer service team after all this was to say "Whats your Order reference" this was in the thread below if they had cared to look....this was replied by an abrupt and rude "Our records indicate there was a second delivery" which is true however only 5L litres of oil was delivered and they have stopped contact entirely now.
AVOID CARPARTS4LESS AT ALL COSTS... They will gladly take your money and once they have good luck in resolving any issues you have.

Terrible terrible company. Waiting almost two months and they still have only delivered half of my order. Absolutely no communication from these gangsters at all. No answer on email, chat or phone. There a very good reason why these cowboys have a 73% terrible rating on Trustpilot. AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY.

Like many others here, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a battery and paid extra for next day delivery, still waiting a week later. No response to correspondence, they do not answer the phone. I appreciate that COVID-19 makes things difficult but don't offer next day delivery at extra cost if it's beyond your capabilities. Avoid at all costs!

Should have checked the reviews first. Logged into my account to track my order on line but it just says "Processing" and there is no way to get any further tracking details. The on line chat is only for parts enquiry and if you phone customer services you are told you face a wait of two hours. They use the Covid 19 circumstances as an excuse but other places manage ok. I will not use them again.
