Very bad and poor customer services I have ever seen.

I ordered a car battery seven days ago, paying extra for next day delivery.
It still hasn't arrived. You look on your account and all orders old and new are listed as processing. I have phoned only to be told there is a 2 hour wait. Sorry but my time is better spent at work as I'm a key worker. My wife however, another key worker has to jump start her car to get to work and then jump it again to return home. Live chat is a joke, Normally in the queue at over 100 people then it cuts you off when you get to 80. Twice I have got down to 6 and 2 respectively only to be cut off. If they cant cope with the demand stop selling and catch up. They state they reply to e-mails....thats a joke. Only e-mail they send out is a pre-drafted one that says nothing about next day delivery. I have always used this company however this is the last time. I their management can't seem to address this issue then sack them and change them. You cant blame bad management issues on Covid 19. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere......I know I will.

I placed an order for engine oil and a light bulb in May.
I received an order confirmation but no dispatch notice.
After 10 days I tried to make contact and had to wait over 4 hours to online chat. At first I was told the items had been delivered, then I was told they had not been and that I would receive a refund.
The refund was never issued so I had to open a dispute with papal.
Luckily I had not paid them directly!

Ordered a car battery giving them my car reg number supposed to be 3 days 8days later it arrives , completely wrong battery completely different shape , tried calling 3 hour wait most times , today is May 24th I’ve emailed them almost every day for a week just standard response ,nothing ,nothing at all .Not like me to buy before checking revues wish I had ,I didn’t because it looked like one of the biggest in the UK so should be ok ,I have now had to go buy a battery from another dealer

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered from these people. 2 days after placing my order they contact me to say its been delayed. I immediately cancelled by email and requested a refund. 4 days later they deliver the item, unwanted as I had already purchased another elsewhere. I would avoid this dodgy bunch.

Shocking service item didn’t arrive and 2 hours wait on live chat and phone to speak to someone which I done both and half way through they cut you off. Would def never recommend this company

Have used this company many times. Quality parts at best price, delivered in good time with good communication. I will continue using them in first instance.

I ordered 2 items on the 12th of April, and waited the full 10 days they ask you to wait before contacting them, I have now tried calling, but never got through, so I emailed 3 times, and got a confirmation message saying my message was received, and they would be in touch. It has never happened, and still no sign of something I have paid for, I understand these are difficult times for us all, but surely somebody must deal with this type of problem when they arise, when this situation eases, companies like this will need customers to survive, all I can say is I hope they see this review, and give me some sort of consideration, but I will not hold my breath.

Website said 3-5 days for delivery (it had been updated with Covid info). 7 days later still not part. So I tried to cancel and buy it from Halfords - but phone queue is over 2 hours, live chat queue is the same (and every time you navigate away from their webpage or the screensaver comes on you go to the back of the queue). Emails aren’t replied to after days. Been unable to return the item - I’ve got a feeling a credit card chargeback is coming up...

Terrible customer service. I would of scored 0.
Ordered a part which took a month to arrive. Tried to cancel it but they sent it anyway.
I returned the part and still not recieved my money back. (Another 3 weeks waiting)
Their phone operators say anything to fob you off which takes hours to get through.
I was told 24 hours I ll get the refund but still didn't happen. They ignore emails and online chat.

Awful company. Do not respond to customer enquiries. Do yourself a favour and stay away from them .

I order quite a few weeks back now, given the current covid-19 situation i have to give them the benefit of the doubt, please for your sake do not place and order with these people, i haven't had any contact back from them, no response to emails and cant get through on the phone either, basically had to raise a case with pay pal to try and get money back.

Made a purchase on 29th april for my dads 60th birthday presant still not received it cant get threw on phones or online chat sent emails no response back my account saying i have no orders but have an order number and money been taken out as paid by paypal had one email saying its been delayed understand there a pandemic but this is ridiculous no other companies are acting like this ive ordered loads online and recieved goods quite quick and also if i can't get threw on phone they still reply to emails unlike this company never again will get onto paypal for a refund

Will never use this company again. Ordered on 2/4/20....still no delivery.

Literally No one is manning there online chat. I have been on it for 5 hours and still have not reached the front of a 20 person queue. That's over 15 minutes per customer if they had 1 person manning it!!! The only progress is when clearly when someone in the queue gives up and leaves. its a joke

In contrast to most recent posts I would still give this outfit a positive review. Yes I have waited longer than I had hoped for my parts, but given the current situation that is understandable. Yes there are things that you could do right now, like employ more staff to support your team that are doing their best in a difficult time which would help with communication to customers.

Ordered a month ago, no items, no communication no refund, scum company

Do not use them!
Ordered 3 weeks ago and still not received. They do not respond back to emails or answer calls.

They also create alot of their own fake reviews

Order still hasn’t been dispatched!!!
No reply from numerous emails and chat!
It’s disgusting! Rude! I want a full refund ASAP!
