deposit charged to my credit card instead of blocked amount like it's been with every other rental I've had across Europe! two weeks later and no clear response when I'll get it back. very poor customer service, I wouldn't use them again.

Trying to get money from you at all costs. They will charge you with 150 euro administrative fees if you incur in a fine. They tried to have us paying more for cross-border than it was mentioned in the voucher. They told us no road assistance unless you spend 57 euro in additional coverage.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Do not trust CARWIZ company after renting a car they debit your bank account without warning, without explanations and do not respond to any message (30% of the renting amount in my case!) ⚠️⚠️⚠️

There is a very cunning fraud system here. When making a reservation on the front page (The terms are hidden in an inconspicuous section Rental Conditions), they offer full coverage and it is not said when a deposit of 1500€ will be required for the car to be picked up and it is not said that with a CREDIT CARD!!!
Only when the reservation is confirmed do we not pay attention or understand that shit will be ahead. It also doesn't say here that you can purchase full coverage when you pick up a car, which might be more beneficial to the customer.
Of course, you can still hope for a compromise (some companies have)
If I hadn't purchased the double Full coverage, me, my girlfriend and our 8 month old baby - we would have been left without a car (no refund)
All of the above is my fault, and I admit it.
The supplier Carwiz, explained to me that DiscoverCars.com is just a broker.
The most unfortunate thing was, I filed a complaint about the double Full coverage, I received a response that I should have declined the first Full coverage before picking up the car!!!!
I understood that the broker has no respect for the client, they only care about money.
In short, these two took away double full coverage from me.
