Doesn't deserve a star, scammers no need to explain why

Depuis presque deux ans cashu bloque notre argent et justifie sa réaction par des mise à jour à l’infini dans un premier temps elle bloque les comptes et exige des vidéos des personnes confirmant leur identité elle prend fou à confirmer puis il faut confirmer avec phone sa carte ne fonctionne ds aucun site ya pas d’argent affirme les sites puis c bloqué cashu rendez nous l’argent et cessez de mentir ou bien réactiver la première carte et les recharges

Je veux récupérer immédiatement le solde de première carte Majd acquise depuis trois ans qui est de $373,13. Vous nous avez promis une nouvelle carte ($516,92) beaucoup plus sécurisée, qui ne l’est pas, car elle même toujours bloquée pour cause d’une éternelle mise à jour qui dure depuis des mois. C’est confirmé Cashu est une grande arnaque, vous bloquez nos fonds pour se les approprier ensuite.
Nous nous sommes relié en collectif (car beaucoup de gens sont dans la même situation) pour lancer une grande pétition à qui de droit.

We have stuck funds with CASHU since year and half and till now did not get any responce, we have agreed to push traffic to their gateway again, and they did not pay us for it, so all our settlements are pending.

Updates: I have written to them and since 1 week again no any answers!! CashU team Im waiting for your answer by email for finding of cooperation way.

hello, I am a journalist who is writing a report on CASHU company, and I wish if i can get in touch with all the complainers here to get more details about the problems they are facing

I started my account for online purchases.
I already lost more than 50% of my total to charges and now I cannot buy anything with the money that i have stuck there!
They have a f***ed up system with a CashU wallet and CashU credit card and complicated things.
In conclusion, i used to use the virtual credit card that they offer and now they stopped the service and my money is stuck in their "Wallet" and I cannot use it anymore

Poor company in customer service
Bad company in paying out to partners.

when you contact them they will reply you in 2 days by writing “we understand how frustrating and we're working on that”
then you receive nothing out of it.
I have about 45K USD stuck with them.
We requested withdrawal on 10 March and waited for 3 month with strong follow up but got nothing yet.

I have heard the news from many other partners about the same that they don’t payout.

We have sent many email to support at cashu.com but no response except auto generated ticket reply.

This used to be a great website especially to generate debit cards and buy online, not anymore, I had generated a card a while back with over $30 in it back in June 2021, and now we are at the end of September and still unable to use my card nor my money.
Avoid this website at all costs. Not worth it anymore!
Shame, really

SCAM company, steal your money and when you contact them they say, we understand how frustrating it is and we're working on that, then you receive nothing out of it. I had 700$ been stuck in their wallet can't use them anywhere then I decided to put them in crypto which is a new option they made in the same wallet while waiting for them to fix the issue then suddenly from nowhere they change policy that you have to agree that you have no right on us and the money in the wallet doesn't belong to you. then after a few weeks, the money is gone and the option of crypto is gone with it. and when you contact them always the same thing they say, it's like you're talking to a robot. well, me and 10 of my friends are filling a case let's see where it's going to go after that.

J’ai rechargè 60$ et quand j’essaye de générer la carte il dises que le nombre de tentative est bloquè
J’ai contacté le support + que 20 fois mais il disent que c’est un problème generale + que 2 mois

Very bad experience..please customer service don't reply ..I know your useless copy-past answer..
If you know that the card does not work, why didn't you turn off the card

CashU is a scam. Our money was stolen and we are trying to file a case against them in Jordan and the UAE. They have stolen our money. We advise all merchants not to deal with them or buy cashU cards or Majd Cards.

If it were less than one star id gave it to them too much failure and not professional at all specially at their customers services
