Scammers!

Scammers.
This company has surely gone bankrupt.
CashU balance is useless now and they want you to buy "ScardU" cards to top up the so-called "Premium" balance so that you could create a Majd Joy "Plus" MasterCard.
Premium balance? Really?!
They have increased their fees too.
Avoid CashU !
P.S. Don't think that you're hiding the truth by changing the "Premium Balance" title into "Card Balance".

Hello Dear, We understand your dissatisfaction, for sure. But as a FinTech company that provides financial solutions and operating in different countries, we must adhere to the compliance regulations that differ from one country to another. Such regulations required the suspension of some of our services in some countries until we complete all the necessary compliance procedures, which often take such a long time.

Majd Joy Plus card has been has been launched as a temporary solution until the Majd Joy card returns, that's why it isn't linked to your Cashu balance, and it is funded through Scardu coupons, noting that you can still use your CASHU balance in the services available in your country until we announce the return of the discontinued services and the addition of new services.

Cheating Merchants

I have a merchant account with CashU. They have set a 1000 USD minimum withdrawal amount for all Bank transfers. That was fine. But when my account reached 1,143 USD balance, I requested for a Bank Transfer and the process initiated and within a week the transfer was reversed. I had no intimation regarding this. I wrote multiple mails to Said Adeen Alfarra and Eman Jawan regarding this with no avail. I have been sending them mails since 2019, no response from their end. I have stopped using CashU for my website. I feel cheated. It is not a small amount for normal merchants like us. I need my money back. Only place left to leave a complaint is twitter, which I will if this is not resolved by this month.

Contacted sales[at]cashu.com, no reply yet. Raised a ticket with Cashu support too. Ticket #450066. No response for that too.

Depuis octobre 2020 j'ai rechargé 300$


Depuis octobre 2020 j'ai rechargé 300$ dans mon compte et aprÚs quelques jours en utilisant juste 10$ la carte a été suspendu due maintenance on attends jusqu'à maintenant que le service va être rétabli mais y a rien .. j'ai passé plus de 5 mois en attendant et espérant que le service va être rétabli afin d'utiliser mon argent pour payer des services.. en contactant le support 2 fois par semaine toujours la même reponse ( maintenance et il v a être retabli ) ... j'ai essayé de payer des factures pour mon oncle qui habite UAE puisque en Tunisie je peux seulement recharger mon credit de téléphone .. bref j'ai réussi a payer quelques factures avec mon solde .. en utilisant 215$ aprÚs mon compte a été suspendu.. j'ai contacté le support ils m'ont informé que j'ai dépassé la limite 200$ par mois .. j'ai demandé de me retablir l'accÚs de nouveau a mon compte apres 5 jours mon compte est accessible.. et voilà ça commence depuis 15 jours le service est en maintenance et je peux plus payer les factures avec le reste de mon solde (110$ ) .. et toujours la même réponse veuillez réessayer dans les prochains jours .. et tous les services maintenant en maintenance .. seulement le crypto qui sert a rien pour utiliser notre argent.. toujours l'argent va être dans le solde du compte... méfiez-vous ce sont des arnaques

i have a 3744$ in my account, I need the money to pay credits,i used remittance but i never received an otp to complete the operation.
i contacted the support but no one reply.
i heard everyone complaining, does our money stolen??

My money is held hostage

My money is held hostage on their platform. I cant use it for anything,not even on gocardi. Transfers are getting cancelled. They don't reply to my emails.
Scammer, avoid at all cost.

terrible system

terrible system. they don’t answer emails, social media and phone. 15k dollars stuck in their system and they’re not giving an option of cashing out our own money. big time scam

AVOID these scammers called cash U , it is actually cash us !.you cash them ..they are not accepted in any sites anymore because they are a scam. they will tell you that your balance is safe , but actually it is not , they will cut a dollar every month due to inactivity . MAN ! you are putting me in a situation and you are taking advantages of that situation . CASHU team don't you dare to come and replay here ..scammers!!!
They started cutting from my balance and i could not do anything , i contacted them and their answer was like they are living on mars . they promised the new master card will be available on 04-Apr-2020 , but that never comes.Again AVOID cashu

Un montant de 500 $ a été retourné sur ma carte à partir d'un site pour lequel j'avais précédemment payé, mais le montant n'apparaissait pas sur la carte et maintenant j'ai plus d'un mois à attendre une réponse de l'équipe de support et il n'y a aucune aide du tout .

Une banque trÚs défaillante, et je ne recommanderais pas du tout de l'utiliser

If you want to get your money stolen, then go ahead and use cashu.com
I have balance in my cashu wallet, but I cannot use it at all.
No merchant accepts it, and the card function is not working.
So basically they stole my money, they have my money as hostage.

Very bad company...

Very bad company.... I have deposited 3000$ and ordered their card after one month the card stop working.. Contact them they said their is an update... Now after 4 months their updates have not finished yet... And I can't use me money and can not withdraw it....
Stay way from them big scam.. Big failures...
