We have a merchant account for couple years. So far we have never received a single payment from them. When we request a withdrawal the money gets deducted but it never arrives to our bank account. When we call their phone numbers itâs disconnected and when we reach out to the account manager they keep bouncing us around. To date if this review we have not received our money.
