they promise people with 100 gift if you charge your account when we charge it turnedout that you can not take a pennny out of those 100 gift ....being cheater and untrust worthy may benifit you in short term but will sure but you down on the long run

cash you should change thier name to cheat you

and recently thier card is blocked so they are complete experience of failure

i will soon change and close my account i will post bad reviews on them as long as i lived the only positive thing is that thier card some times work all other aspects are 0 no honesty no customer service 000000

nothing is working and my money is blocked, when I contact customer service they just say we understand and we're sorry. They don't give me any concrete solution.

Bad... after i funded my wallet and made the verification video they approved my video but i cant generate a card!!! so sad to hang people like that

Only reason I wanted to use Cashu for their Mastercard Majd Joy card and it have been unavailable for quite sometime and they cannot give you a exact time they just see your messages and email and ignore you

First you do passport, face picture, Civil ID gets rejected then you do it 20 times
Then when accepted you do video recording of saying your information and get rejected 20 times
When finally accepted...and want your Majd card it is unavailable forever....wasted time doing this and now they won't answer me so I can get my refund just took my money and refuse to give refund

And the constant crashes that happen to their website

My majd joy card has refused to accepted in Paypal, ebay, seagm.... I contact ebay and paypal to see the problem and they said your card was declined by the issued bank WT f* cashu!!! I even contact you with email and it's been 5 days and no response god damn i have business to ran i have clients who need products in ebay I THINK IF YOU KEEP THE OLD CARD THAT WILL BE BETTER !!!!!

I have been using majd card (cashu) for a long time to top up my ads account by manual payment and now it's been 3 days since the payment is refused even though the card is accepted as a payment method. in 3 days I have made more than 70 attempts without success, by changing card always same problem the card is accepted as a manual payment but the payment does not pass

CASHU REFUSE TO PAYOUT TO MERCHANTS. ALREADY HOLD PAYMENTS FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS and that is all they send everyday without any timeline. THEY WILL AVOID YOUR EMAIL, WHATSAPP AND ANYTHING YOU CAN GET COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. AVOID USING!

Cashu took the money and cheated on me
They have stolen my money and they did not give me the special offer 100$ after I top-up my account using a coupon
Please note that i have sent them all proof but they did not respect me and they did not trust me
And they said that I top-up using Cashu wallet but i used PayPal to add fund.

They are a scammer please do not deal with them i did not recommend you.

30% fee rates, close your business already.

50 us dollars are 167 shekels right now,
when i went to a vendor it was 220 bloody shekels for a 50$ card, e x c u s e m e
that's almost 30% fee rates, I'm just gonna open a bank account cause this is ridiculous.
thought using this would be cheaper and less tiresome but that couldn't be further from the truth, go and check all your vendors or just close the business

I tried to add money to my account through the local vendor here in Morocco but his fees were absurdly high 40% meaning litterally 4$ for every 10$.
Not only this, I should also pay the Western Union transaction fees so it would be insanely high cost to pay that vendor.
This is extremely not competitive, so I moved towards another e-wallet.
If you read this please do something to your Moroccan customers.
