I had the catit flower fountain for 2 years no problems. I kept it clean and disinfected. After purchasing another pack of filters from amazon I suddenly had a lot of black mould inside the whole fountain. I panicked and cleaned it out as my cats had already been drinking from it. I replaced the filter and checked again after two days and there, again, was black mould. I guessed that it was the new pack of filters and that maybe they had been stored incorrectly at a warehouse or something so I bought a new pack but once you get black mould that's it. I contacted catit customer service and asked if they could replace the fountain as it wasn't my fault or theirs even, but they said that I needed to clean my house as it must be me that had infected it with mould. I was absolutely disgusted. I bought a new fountain from another company altogether and it's been fine. I've had it two years now and no problems at all and the company is more than helpful. From such a large company, they should be ashamed of themselves. Endangering my cats and blaming it on me. Vile. I'll never buy anything catit again

Jeg kjøpte en Catit Pixi Smart Vacuum Food Container.
Den er pen å se på, rommer ca.4kg+ tørrfor og bråker bare mens man holder på eller når den lager eller tømmer vakuum.

Den har knapper man kun skal touche borti, legge fingeren på (ikke trykke ned).

Det er dessverre kun 2 stk "knapper" og disse to skal utføre 5 stk ulike kommandoer.
I tillegg leser de fleste fra venstre mot høyre, men Catit har valgt å sette knappen for lukking/lage vakuum til venstre og åpneknappen til høyre.
Da disse i tillegg er hvite og er skravert ned i det hvite lokket sier det seg selv at man ofte trykker feil da knappene er plassert helt ulogisk og blir usynlige.

Knapp 1 (til høyre), ser ut som en åpen hengelås = "åpne" selve boksen + "vekke" apparatet så alle funksjonene fungerer + "slippe vakuumet" så lokket kan tas av.
3 stk kommandoer som skal utføres ved riktig antall sekunder berøring av knapp.

Knapp 2 (til venstre): "Skrur av" hele apparatet (kun hvis du ikke skal bruke det på en stund) ELLER "forsegler vakuumet".
Også avhengig av å ha ventet lenge/kort nok og ved at du holder ned riktig antall sekunder på riktig knapp.

Selve knappene lyser ikke opp når du berører dem, nei det skal blinke blått eller lyse blått kontinuerlig i 1 sekund eller 5 sekunder eller 1 minutt avhengig av kommando MIDT IMELLOM begge knappene som er hvite på hvit bakgrunn!
I tillegg kommer det plutselig røde blink som har en HELT annen betydning.
Det skal også pipe riktig antall ganger for å indikere at prosessen er riktig utført.
Så ja, noe lyser, men du vet ikke hvorfor eller hvilken knapp som ga deg akkurat den responsen.

Sier seg selv at det blir mye tull ved at du tar på knappene akkurat for kort eller akkurat for lenge og dermed starter feil prosess.
Da må man nemlig vente i 30 sek for at apparat skal nullstille seg.
Så må man igjen "vekke" apparatet før du prøver enda en gang å få det til før nye 30 sekunder har passert.

De første dagene brukte jeg ca.30 minutter hver morgen fordi jeg stresset og trykket i vei, fikk piping, ulike lys og brumming om hverandre og ikke forsto om jeg hadde touchet knappene riktig eller ikke.

Containeren får 3 stjerner fordi vakuumet til slutt fungerer når man endelig får det til.

Et LITE tips til dem som produserer denne Catit vakuum containeren:
Hva med én knapp for hver funksjon (uthevet eller i det minste med ulike farger på?!).

Eller hva med et hjul å skru på for å utføre de ulike kommandoene?

Eller kanskje et display å skrive inn kommandoer...

Catit Pixi Smart Vakuum Food Container fungerer som den skal når man først forstår opplegget, men ingenting behøver å være så innviklet.

Skriv en bedre bruksanvisning og lag en skikkelig demovideo som demonstrerer alle kommandoer, ikke bare en klein reklamevideo.

Det er dog det arveste gang l@€t. Købte en kattefontaine. Registrede at splitten, der holder ledningen var bøvlet. At pumpen larmede, også selv om jeg havde den ude og skylle igennem. Levede med det...efter 4 rengøring er splitten virkelig træt, som i virkelig og pumpen holder op med at trække vand, kører dog stadigvæk lystigt larmende. ... har efterfølgende monteret en LYDLØS pumpe fra en gammel fontaine. Desværre kan filteret så ikke være der. Splitten er også væk nu, den bøjede simpelthen. Plastik.... SPILD IKKE PENGE PÅ DETTE PRODUKT...

I bought a catit pixi water fountain off Amazon (love it)(my cats are less enthusiastic but coming around) ...Anyway I lost a vital piece of it when I was moving home (silicon tube) and couldn't get customer support through Amazon. I contacted them directly and dealt with a gent named Jonathan who responded to me quickly and was very helpful, I had asked to purchase a spare part but he did his best to send me the part without charge and even threw in a few samples, which I might add one was a catit food sample which my cats also loved.

I bought the Pixi water fountain, and a few months later the pump failed to work. I wrote to customers service and never got an answer. This is so disappointing! Almost all reviews I read about this company are negative! Why do you still sell this crap, if everybody tells you it fails after only a few months??!

Water fountain absolutely useless. Just gets clogged up and permanently stops working

Purchased a flower fountain for my cats some years ago and due to the vibration and noise I decided to buy the Pixi fountain instead after using the flower fountain for about 1 year. The Pixi was very quiet but the pump stopped working after 2 months. The shop where I bought the fountain gave me a new one without question and again the pump stopped working after a few months. Went back to the flower fountain but again it is very noisy. Have now had 4 fountains from Catit that have been badly designed and/or of poor quality. Only reason I have continued with Catit products is because I was not offered a refund only an exchange

I bought three Catit products. Two auto feeders and a water fountain. All three stopped working within three months. The store wouldn’t take them back, so I got in touch with Catit. All I got from them was the runaround. They kept sending me the same three messages. I asked to talk to someone. Nada. My advice DO NOT BUY ANY CATIT products. They don’t stand behind what they sell.

I bought a catit feeder so I could feed my cat while I am out of town working . It did not work when I left my house wifi tried to contact catit for over a year with a solution with no response !!!!! I asked for my money back and they refused to give it to me . Paid 160$ for a feeder when I don't even know if it's feeding my cat !! Do not buy !!!

J'ai acheté un distributeur de croquettes avec camera directement sur le site Catit pour remplacer un modele chinois qui fonctionnait parfaitement avec n'importe quelle croquettes, mais j'ai voulu changer pour une version avec camera.
Ce modele ne délivre absolument pas les croquettes de manière consistante, régulièrement il ne délivre tout simplement rien, les croquettes restent coincées dedans. apres un contact avec le support Catit, ils m' ont indiqué la taille maximale des croquettes a utiliser alors que mon ancien modele chinois n'avait aucune restriction. Après une mesure precise, mes croquettes avaient bien la dimension maximale requise, mais j' ai tout de meme Changé pour en prendre des plus petites et le problème est toujours là! parfois cela fonctionne, parfois non! comment partir et laisser votre animal sans savoir si cet appareil va vraiment le nourrir? c' est un gros problème de design que le support a refusé de prendre en charge! ils m' ont dit que j' avais 7 jours pour le retourner et bien entendu c'était trop tard! une marque dans laquelle je pensais pouvoir avoir confiance mais qui est tout simplement a fuir!!!

Mise à jour de l’application et toute la programmation est effacée. Je suis à deux heures de route de chez moi et je dois retourner à la maison pour nourrir mon chat. Vraiment pas pratique. Je vais chercher un autre feeder qui est plus intelligent que celui là.

I gave 2 stars because the fountain works fine, but I just want to return some filters that are the wrong size.

I have bought the Catit Fountain, which failed after 6 months.

Upon contact with Catit customer service, they attitude was appalling, suggesting me to get in touch with Citizens Advice and refusing to resolve the issue under warranty.

All over 10 pound pump...

I purchase food and snacks for my cats regularly - they LOVE IT !
Also purchased a water fountain and 4 months later still no issues!
Purchased a big scratcher module and it is quite difficult to build, but good quality/price so far.

The website is easy to use and the shipment is super fast! People are complaining about customer service, haven't had that experience yet. But if it is bad, I agree that it is a major negative point.

In summary, completely addicted to these products!!!

They have the worst customer service and cat litter box ever. I contacted to return this disastrous litter box and the customer service is saying the cat urinates to the walls that is why there is pee in the grooves and we don't see any problem to refund this!

Don't you do any research on the cats before developing a product that some cats might pee to walls ? The urine goes outside the litter box because of the faulty design!
I cannot open the whole thing every time my cat pees to see if the urine is collected there or not to clean !

The litter box which is a disaster, is called Catit Smart Sift Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Tray which i wish i could attach to this review.

This litter box has 6 pieces. The cat pee goes to all the parts and stay there and smells like pee. My friends stopped coming to my place because of the pee smell of this litter box. cat pee get stuck in different grooves and all n It gets full of pee n yellow. You have no idea how much of a misery it is to clean this litter box. You have to disassemble it every time and wash piece by piece for an hour like a space rocket! It's pain in the a**. My worst purchase ever and I want to return this and get my money back! if they dont take action, I will share the pics and videos of the litter box on social media, tiktok and all the platforms I know so other people dont fall in this trap!

It sucks, waste of money SO NOISY in 2 different ways, a scraping sound if water is at all low or pump is even a millimeter off centre, a humming that comes from I don't know where, cannot be adjusted into silence and it scares cat too much to drink. Waste of $30

After two months the fountain started leaking every where. I contacted the company and they did nothing. Don't waste your money on this product..it cost me $60 at Walmart and it's garbage to me now. If I had gone away for two nights my cats would of had no water because the fountain kept leaking. Awful product and company

My catit water fountain pump failed within 3 months so I emailed customer services they did not entertain me and said I should buy a new pump. So I rang them on the number provided and soon as they picked the phone and I heard her voice I sensed her attitude and she continued this then passed it on to her manager who was even worse would not
Accept that their item was faulty and rudely put phone down on me . All this over a £10 pump

What i like is the idea of UV-C sanatizing sadly poor grade stainless steel is rusting in under 45 days. You still need to dump and clean every 48 hrs or there is hair and nasty floaties in the water. Water is not as clean now after 45 dsys of use, starting to see brownish pink bio film if left longer then 48 hours before wash and clean, with all new water. Vaule is low for quality of materials. Im conducting some tests done with the cooperation of an independent lab. I will give a true account of findings including levels of bacteria before and after UV-C 60 minuet treatment. Hey fellow consumers, if i find this is a cash grab gimick who is for holding this company accountble ?

I wish there was an opition for 0 stars. This is the worst fountain I purchased 3 in the last year. The last one was purchased because that was all the store had and I needed something, it lasted 2 months. Do not waste your money on this product.
