I ordered a very expensive Cat Toy, the "Groovy Fish". On their website they claim, "Groovy Fish is sure to trigger your cat’s hunting instinct and keep them entertained for hours." My cat played with it for about 4 minutes and then - that was it! Two small bags of catnip were included with the toy, however, I'm guessing they were both very old and stale. You can't put fresh catnip inside the toy because it will supposedly ruin the battery. So - how do you put fresh catnip in the toy?! YOU CAN'T! I contacted them about sending it back almost 2 weeks ago but they haven't bother to respond. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau in Quebec. Bought a vesper cabana for my daughter kitten for Christmas . Received it on 28th November box was undamaged so didn’t check contents .

Was opened to be set up on Xmas eve and discovered not one but both support sides were broken ,sent email and pictures as soon as discovered to company.

Received an email today from customer services saying I should have contacted them within 48 hours of delivery.

So no replacement or refund on product so please check when or if you buy from the site that everything is in working order and pray it stays that way.

Very disappointed in the service will now shop on zoo plus or another online retailer

Fontaine carré de 18cm (trop grand). Fait énormément de bruit. Base non transparente, impossible de voir l'eau restant.

Poor product and even poorer customer service with no meaningful attempt at solving my problem. I will no longer shop with or purchase Catit products again and advise others against doing so. The only thing "smart" about the Pixi Smart Fountain, is the way they fool you into parting with a lot of money for it.

I bought the Catit Pixie fountain for my feline friends.

It is a lovely fountain, good quality, great design etc.

Sadly we have had our fountain less than two months and the white bulb has stopped working. The white bulb is a feature which adds to the design and let's us clearly view the water level. Without the white light it is hard to see how much water is the fountain and no light spoils the design. The red light however, is working.

I have contacted Catit about this problem and they have sadly failed to reply. I am very disappointed as I have spent £40 on this filter and I thought Catit was a trusted brand. It is a shame they can't reply to me as I receive endless emails from Catit.

I was going to buy another filter for a different room in the house but I won't now.

Bought a PIXI Water fountain in July. The pump has packed up. They list a replacement part number but it doesn't exist.
.....and no response from using their 72 business hours Customer Contact form.
Avoid.

Their products are a little hit-and-miss (cat carrier 'petting door' doubles as 'escape hatch', rendering carrier useless; OTOH flower fountain and fish-and-chicken nibbly-wraps are a big hit), but customer support and service is outstanding.

I purchased the led 3l water fountain direct.
Had it around three weeks with no issues.
The filter seems to last well but I do filter the water before hand.
I wanted to leave a product review o the website but found out this isn't possible (after checking with custaervice via email) which is the only reason for me not giving 5 stars.

I contacted Catit for some cat food sample as my Noodle wants to try different food.

The service from customer service is excellent, super quick response on email, offered me choices and really helpful & friendly.

The products are super low quality and they won't even offer a partial refund to reflect the true value of the product. Don't bother with these guys!

I have purchased 2 Catit flower water fountains and the pump has quickly stopped working on both of them. The attachments for the pump do not fit well at all. The second was a replacement for the first but I have had the same issues. Very disappointed.

Purchased the pixi feeder and fountain. Very expensive. Both don't work with new WiFi so not fit for purpose. Followed customer service and walk throughs etc & made no difference. Only had it 6 weeks. Waste of money and customer service not got back to me. Reading other poor reviews it says it all. Utter rubbish. Don't waste your money. Left me feeling very angry 😠😡 with all my attempts to get it working again. Zero stars more appropriate

Waste of money and not fit-for-purpose.

The Catit Vespa High Base is not cheap at $199 CAD but looks very attractive and you would think from the description and marketing that it would stand up well to normal use, but that is certainly not the case. Within 3 months the tall scratching post and hanging toy disintegrated.

When I contacted Hagen about this they initially suggested that it was out of warranty and that I could buy replacement posts ($15.99 + $13.99). Of course this was not acceptable and I pushed for a better remedy. They eventually agreed to send me the replacement posts free of charge (no hanging toy) but then sent the wrong posts and had to resend the right parts. Here we are just a month later and the replacement posts are starting to disintegrate again. I contacted Hagen once again but they failed to respond this time.

The customer service from this company is very poor, they seem geared up to sell lots of replacement parts and care less about the quality of the product. I pointed out the obvious - that the scratching post material was too thin and not affixed properly - they did not reply.

If you do decide to give this product a go and hope to have reasonable use from it for a few years, then you should budget to spend $199 initially and a further $150 every year just to keep it performing the way they describe it should. Luckily for me, I bought it from Costco - so I will be returning it for a full refund.

I have just purchased a Catit pixi smart water fountain not happy with it at all not stable the cat has had it over number of times water gone all over the floor the price you pay you would expect it to be solid. The others I had from different manufacturers were OK

The one 2 and you're done with kitty litter is a lie the Box doesn't lock correctly and is completely flimsy if I could give less than that I would I'm asking for my money back

Wish I could give it zero stars! We “upgraded” to Cat It to hopefully save time maintaining our litter box and ultimately experienced the complete opposite. The cat refused to use the box more than once between sifting and preferred using the floor next to it more frequently, an unusual cat behavior and one we have never seen. Litter clumps in the grate leaving odor and mess. The interior is smaller than an ordinary (and far superior) hooded litter pan. The handle is cheap and will surely break after repeated use although that is speculation because we gave up on this product after only a couple weeks of use. The procedure to change the litter box to all fresh litter and wash pans went from a less than 5 minute weekly project to a 20-25 minute fiasco to disassemble, clean the multiple components, grates, two levels, two pans and two bags. Just a ridiculous WAY OVERPRICED GARBAGE machine all around. Called the company directly to return it for a refund only to get attitude and refusal to stand behind their product because it was purchased through a third party. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I got 3 litre LED drinking fountain as one of my cats had been put off by the smell of even boiled water. Both cats love the fountain!
However, I recommend buying it from a reliable company to have a 12-month warranty. I bought it from the Pets at home, and when the pump stopped working, without a single question, they sent a replacement the next day. Excellent product and customer service.
