My cat keeps removing the lid off of his water fountain. There is water EVERYWHERE. Why isn't the design of the small water fountain better so itisn't so easy to remove the lid?

My 5 month JASPER was drinking 5 mins after set up. And quite a long time sipping at that. Very quick set up and 4 bottles of spring water got this quiet system rolling. He's been enjoying for one week now. When you hear the fountain thats when you check the water level and see its getting low. No need to move it. Just unplug to stop the motor and pour in some water. Two thumbs up from this townhouse Floridian.

I have no problem with the product itself BUT I keep getting up to a puddle on my floor, the filters shredded because me kittens love to knock it over and dismantle it. So it’s not really sturdy enough and no way of roping it down.

I have purchased many Catit products for my cat and as gifts for others. I always had a good impression of the products and company. I have the Flower Fountain and registered it online for the warranty when it was purchased. Within the warranty period I started to have trouble with the pump losing strength. I contact their support via email and they sent suggestions. I spent over 3 hours trying different things they suggested and although it helped a bit, the pump was still not fully functioning. Every time I contacted support they would send an email with something new for me to do, which I would. I would then contact them back with the results. I also want to add that during the email exchange the only word that could be used to describe the customer support is RUDE.
I am now up to 6 hours of their "fixes". The reality is they have no intention of honouring their warranty, which is bad enough to begin with, but to have 6 hours of my time wasted and be treated so rudely is completely unacceptable. I was always a fan of their products, but their shady dealings on their warranty and the rudeness of their customer support has ended that. I'm so disappointed as it was not what I expected from them.

Status of my order says processing and has done for a week. The tracking number has been available for all this time but the courier have not received my parcel. Catit customer services could not give me answer why they have not shipped my order yet and we’re very unhelpful. Very poor experience and not a good first impression of a company that I had planned to use to supply food and litter on a monthly basis. I will now be looking to buy similar items elsewhere!

I ordered the Vesper High Cat tree last week. Had to contact them this week as I hadn’t received any notification it had been shipped etc. Was told wait 2 more days. I waited, still no email updates. I chased them again to be told that they hadn’t actually processed or prepared my order at all! Mistake 1!

They said today they would rush my order through and get it delivered tomorrow (Friday). I then received an email a few hours later telling me they were out of stock! If that wasn’t bad enough, the woman who emailed me tried to be all light hearted about it, calling it a debacle - like it’s not really an issue or important!

Firstly you cock up the order and then you try and make a joke out of your out of stock situation!

While their products may be great, the competency and professionalism of CatIts employees leaves a lot to be desired.

Having two cats and recently moved we needed a larger litter box. Research into quality durability price reviews, lead us to Catit. We purchased The Jumbo cat hooded litter tray. On arrival we thought ok little big but we knew this overall good design. Clean lines, no sharp bits, easy to use for both kitties and cleaning by us, locking catches are very good also.Kitties took to it straight away, it helped that we put the litter from their old box into the new one, familiarity of it being theirs. However,
there is one 'DESIGN FLAW' at the entranceway the base tray has a lip at the bottom it goes all round the door way. but, for some daft reason it has been cut into leaving two gaping 'cut ins' either side, that emit the odour so you have the nice big odour filter on top keeping the odours in and the door LETTING THEM OUT. Go figure??
We contacted Catit who said maybe.it was crushed in packing, warm it with a hairdryer then cold water as you easily bend it into shape, ahead of you there, DIDN'T WORK it has holes cut into it.
So we have a lovely looking litter box but serious design FAULT, check this before purchase didn't see on images.

Thr customer service I just recieved from Caren &Jacob at CATIT WAS PROFESSIONAL.
My unit was a gift that got damaged and they were very wonderful and replaced it for Free. So 5 stars. And their water fountains are the best. I no longer deal with bugs nor mung in the water. If however your dogs or cats need to drink out of a full bowl of water then this may not work for them for no water sits out. Water comes out with very small fountain run offs so they need to lick the flow coming out
Anyway a Great company that backs their products so 5 stars.

Had an issue with a drinking fountain which I emailed Customer Services about 3 times without a reply.

Then wrote to CEO and asked for his assistance. No reply ever received.

An organisation takes it's lead from the top. Tells you everything you need to know about this company.

Would give a zero star review if that were possible

My experience with Catit has been very good, They answered both my phone call and email promptly and sent my item quickly , I’m pleased with the item I ordered . (Cat fountain) would recommend this company

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. I waited over a month for my Catit water fountain to ship and after 3 phone calls and 8 emails, I finally received tracking information. I currently have a Catit water fountain and love it but I will never order directly from their company again. I suggest buying from a third party or getting a different fountain all together. Their costumer service is unresponsive and unprofessional. It would have been better to contact my bank to get a refund, then try and go through their horrid costumer service representatives.

They NEVER answer their phones, I have been calling them for over a week about an order they have taken payment for and not fulfilled. I had one return from a voicemail by a rude woman who called me with no details at all and said "its left the warehouse last week (I attempted to talk) she said ok byeeeeee"- still seeking a refund may have to go through credit card provider and will never order from them again.

The single worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought defective filters, took them 11 days to respond at all, and now after 2.5 weeks, they say they'll send me replacements in 2-3 weeks. Why not just refund so I can buy more? Ridiculously unhelpful, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Find another company

If there was an option for 0 stars, this would be it. Terrible company, SCAM l DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Funds taken from bank account, never received product, reports to bank.

Having bought Catit drinking fountains in the past, I decided to stick with what I know and bought another: the blue LED flower fountain which I purchased from Catit direct. As is recommended, I cleaned the product before use but found, when unwinding the power cable, I could not plug the fountain in given the cable is far too short: it won’t reach my kitchen sockets, none of which are at floor level. Given the cable is a good couple of feet short, I contacted Catit, explaining this and I received a negative response advising me I could purchase a USB extension and the product was fit for purpose. Given the fountain is still sitting unused on my work surface, I beg to differ. So, be mindful that should you decide to purchase any Catit drinking fountains, you won’t be able to use anything but a floor level socket. Not great and clearly Catit has become rather cheap over the years. I’ll be returning mine for something else I can actually use without the need for an extension cable (which is ridiculous).

Mu daughter purchased a Flower Fountain from Zulily. When we opened the box, I called Catit. There were 3 pieces of the pumping system missing and she told me it came assembled. It did not. I had to order the whole pump to repair, which would be almost the price of the fountain. Also they could not do anything, It was Zulilly's responsibility.

I bought catit soft tube treats. My cat loves them. I use them to give her her pills 3 times a day. No more trying to catch her and shove the pills down her throat. Now she waits for me to squeeze some catit onto her pills. It’s a godsend. Thank you!

I've purchased from them in the past via Amazon but opted to purchase directly from their site this time around. I ordered the flower fountain and a year's worth of refills. The purchase was made January 11, 2019; I received proof of payment via PayPal and when I when I made the purchase the site gave me my order number but no email of the order which I found strange. After ten days of receiving no shipping notification I sent an email to customer service with the order number and the PayPal transaction number. They then requested the order number again and a copy of the order receipt. All I have is the PayPal notification, which I attached with the response. They mustn't have read the email because I included this information already. I have no idea what's going on, but if they don't ship what I ordered I will need a refund.

I have their large food tree, which as been wonderful. One cat lost weight, the other gained weight because he scarfed-and-barfed his food daily (a full 1/4 cup of food in less than 30 seconds). This food tree requires they work for their food and eat slowly. I also have the corner self-grooming stations, which both of them love. The ball and track toy, with the ball and attaching pieces, has been exactly useless. One cat has no interest, the other keeps trying to bite off the clear plastic to get to the ball. I'm considering just giving the toy to a friend because it may be more successful. These items were purchased via Amazon.

If you want a better shopping experience from this company do it via Amazon and not directly through the site. FYI I'm in the USA and made the purchase through their USA website.

I purchased a scratch pad and catit 2.0 which had a feeder include. Also included was a fireball which the kitten and my small dogs loved, however the ball included with kit does not flow through the whole setup and two of the top pieces don't snap in and the kitten learned to lift them up and my small dog ran off with the ball,
