I had to leave a review for a lovely lady In head office who is a credit to this cavendish team! I had a problem with an item I had bought that had been duplicated and needed to send it back
Marcelle who works in Cavendish Fitzrovia flagship branch answered the phone and was so lovely! She was kind helpful and listened to my concerns. I had advised her i had already been cut off twice. She gave me her watsapp number and messaged me straight away!
She then spoke to her manager and messaged me back with all the relevant details. She had sorted all my concerns and everything went smoothly!
She really helped me a lot and is an asset to your team!
Also to mention the manager Sammy at Cheadle branch was so lovely and welcoming when I returned and so was the original lady who did my facial Armita
I have booked a package to go back for my next facial

I had visited the Cavendish clinic in West Quay at the beginning of November with a friend as it was for her birthday.
We were warmly greeted by Claire and Katie who made us feel very comfortable and settled into enjoying our first experience of having our hydrofacial treatment.
My friends treatment was with Claire and mine was with Katie.
They were both very professional,kind and knowledgeable,explaining the routine to the treatments.
We are booking again and will be looking forward to another facial treatment.
They are a true asset to the Cavendish company.

Sharon, is a very skilled practitioner. My Platinum Hydra-facial was fantastic, I felt refreshed, relaxed and replenished for several days. I would wholeheartedly recommend this treatment from Sharon. Thank you!

Bought a gift voucher online to send as a gift however it took 24 hours to arrive via email. I tried phoning the clinic but it took me many attempts to actually speak to someone and there was no way to leave a message. Please can this be looked in to as gift cards on other webistes generally arrive within a few minutes. Hopeless if you want to buy a last minute gift.

Had a lovely facial here the other day. I suffer from really dry skin so this has helped a lot!

I had a hydrafacial today with Katie was very professional and talked me through what she was doing and why. The clinic is in a busy area of John Lewis but I felt relaxed and enjoyed the experience. Katie gave me useful advice on what products would suit my skin and why. Have come away glowing and hoping this lasts! Will definitely book in again.

I had 3 Prophilo treatments at the Cavendich Clinic, Cambridge and I am delighted with the results. All the staff are very kind, professional and informative. I booked a consultation then Amanda discussed the various treatments based on what I wanted to achieve. I didn’t want fillers so she suggested Prophilo and explained exactly what it was. There was no pressure and I felt I was able to make an informed decision. Amanda is highly qualified, extremely professional and immediately put me at ease. She performed due diligence before each treatment ie. checked there were no changes to my medical history, asked if I had any concerns etc. She is scrupulous about preparation prior to administering the treatment and as a result I felt relaxed & confident. The treatment was not painful, nor did I have any negative after effects. This is because she was very careful and is extremely good at her job. I noticed a difference after the first treatment. My skin is much more hydrated, softer and glowing and it has improved the fine lines around my mouth and eyes. It is subtle, which was exactly what I wanted (I wasn’t looking for a miracle 😉). The Skinceutical range was recommended, but again, I felt no pressure to buy it. However, I decided to try the range, which gets excellent reviews. I bought the C E Ferilic high potency antioxident treatment, the H A Intensifier multi functional serum, the A.G. E. Interrupter corrective cream and the Advanced Brightening UV defence sunscreen. They are expensive but not the most expensive and I believe will enhance the effects of the Prophilo treatments. I have no hesitation in recommending the Cavendish Clinic Cambridge. A very positive, effective experience.

Be very careful as they are not experienced in coolsculpting.They put the applicants in very unprofessional way on my abdomen and now I have. major problems on my abdomen.They refuse to reply to my emails and I have to start lawsuits against of this company

Great result from a couple of recent rounds of Coolsculpting. I'm in decent shape, but couldn't shift some excess fat in a couple of specific areas on my upper chest and flanks. Alain, at Kensington clinic understood what I wanted and explained the whole process. The actual procedure was pretty painless. A few minutes of discomfort at the end and nothing after that. Would highly recommend Alain!

Unfortunately my partner experienced the same as Katie below, the clinic cancelled the appointment and after multiple attempts to get a refund is now refusing to respond, sad to see that this is becoming a recurring issue.

Clinic closed with no notice and now impossible to get a refund!
Promised in the phone and over email and then nothing. Been waiting a month for the refund. You think they are a large crediable company, they are not! Don’t waste your money.

If you are thinking of having the Morpheus 8 treatment think very very carefully before you do. This treatment caused significant fat loss in my wife's lower face and neck and much anguish. The director of the clinic in the end refunded the entire amount for the treatment, take that as you will with regards to its meaning. To repair the damage my wife had to undergo expensive plastic surgery costing many thousands. We also discovered that legal firms do not want to represent in cases like this (we approached quite a few) and it was clear the clinic bided its time in responding to my wife. The clinic kept saying that the settings were correct on the Morpheus 8 machine and would contact InMode who make the machine to confirm this. Whether the treatment should have been carried out at all and that clinics such as this are paying attention to each persons physical / skin types is the question you should ask yourself very carefully before you go ahead. Do some deep research...

I have now had many treatments now at Cavendish clinic with a lovely lady, Sammy Hojabri. She is super knowledgable about the treatments and always makes me feel so welcome when I go in.. I am in again this week and having a facial which is the first one I have had from someone other than the lady I have been going to for years, but because Sammy fills me with confidence as she now knows my skin. I have to say the team are all so friendly, I just can't remember the ladys name who also has been present at some of my appointments but she always makes me feel so welcome too.

I had facial treatments with Alla and had a wonderful experience at the Cavendish Clinic with a wonderful atmosphere and hospitable staff. Alla did a Hydrofacial procedure for me, she is the best specialist with an individual approach! My recommendation for a wonderful cosmetologist, everyone book with Alla!
Also, based on her recommendations, we selected amazing home care for me. And I am able to maintain the result of radiant, clean and moisturized skin at home.

I had the worst experience at the clinic with Abby. The service was very unprofessional. Came in for a consult and treatment. On the day of the treatment the practitioner assigned was rude, unprofessional and refused to answer any of my questions about the treatment. On top of that she was unsure of how and where to conduct the treatment. After this my confidence in the clinic rapidly deteriorated and I did not want to be treated by them. I explained calmly that I lost trust in the place and don’t want the treatment. Ever since then - they have been refusing to issue me with a refund and demanding that I either get the treated by them or lose my money. Avoid at all costs if you can, otherwise it’ll cost you.
Also note - when you leave poor feedback they ask you to contact them at a fake address (“Ron”) that bounces back.

I had a CoolSculpting Elite procedure done in five areas. There was no improvement whatsoever. They initially promised a free redo due to no change, but then the manager recalled on this offer in a dishonest manner. This clinic is highly untrustworthy, so please beware and avoid falling victim to their deceit.

I have been going to Cavendish for some beauty treatment. Sammy is very professional amazingly friendly with lots of knowledge. She is very keen to make you feel comfortable and get the best result on your treatment. Thank you Sammy

I had Elena for a hydrafacial and it was the best hydrafacial I’ve had, my skin was glowing and so clear after. It was better than many of the more expensive ones I’ve been for around Chelsea and Fulham. Also she was so friendly and we had a lovely chat during the facial, and she was kind enough to give me some samples of skinceutical skincare to try
