Varun and Thaslima will respond to the queries very quickly, which helped the process to get complete faster. I was recently assisted in porting and topping up my mortgage for a house move by Connor Ockwell and Alan Wallaker. Connor and Alan were absolutely fantastic! They were always on hand to answer any queries we had and provided sound advice, making sure we understood everything and always acting in our best interests. Nick Campbell was a fantastic mortgage broker. He met with me early in my mortgage journey and helped me work out what I could afford, factoring in my immigration status. It was a bit of an extended time period from initial scoping to actually putting in an offer, but he was there throughout for advice and support.

Once I put in an offer, Nancy and later Zac were really helpful in following up with my solicitor and trying to get the transaction across the line.

The overall experience working with Charles Cameron was excellent. They helped us getting out first mortgage few years back and also with our remortgage process. I worked with Hannah Webb and Scott Faulkner at CC on 2 separate purchases over the past year. I have been blown away by their service; they really go above and beyond in securing the best rates for their clients, and being incredibly responsive and helpful on the journey throughout.

I used Charles Cameron to find a mortgage for my first home (help to buy). I worked with Trishul who was incredible.

As a first time buyer, there was so much I did not understand and a lot of things made me nervous but Trishul explained everything so well and was really understanding and supportive. Trishul worked super hard to get me the mortgage I wanted- there were a few moments when we weren’t sure if the bank would approve but he worked late at night and often with very little time to make sure I got the best offer.
The communication was incredible, always responding to my emails quickly and keeping me up to date without me having to chase or ask.

Laura helped arrange our mortgage back in 2017 and contacted us as it was coming up for renewal, and of course rates were rising rapidly. We approached Hayley with concerns of recent interest rate rises but our current mortgage didn't end until December 2022 which meant an ERC would be payable if we were to leave early. Thankfully Hayley clearly explained all our options and costs involved which resulted in us being able to secure a much better rate than if we had waited until December.
