Ordered a ceiling suspension kit for aâŠ
Ordered a ceiling suspension kit for a small project at work. The calculator made it really easy for a novice installer to know what materials were required. There were some minor complications with delivery at my end but Ceiling Tiles UK worked with me to get round these. Competitive pricing, excellent product, even better before and after sales care. Recommend highly, will use again for sure.

Delivery was fine
Delivery was fine, just didn't have time to check them while driver was still there, once open bottom right corners were broken off them all so it looked like it been dropped somewhere. They are value for money and description on them was stop on, would get again but tell driver to wait until they have been checked

Hi Sarah,
Iâm really sorry to hear that your items arrived damaged â thatâs certainly not the experience we want for our customers. While delivery is handled by a third party courier, we completely take responsibility for putting things right when issues like this occur.
I did try to give you a call this morning to resolve this for you, as weâre more than happy to arrange free replacements without any quibble, in line with our policy. ð
Iâve also sent you an email to make things as easy as possible â if you could get back to us by 1pm today, we can arrange replacement items for delivery as soon as tomorrow.
Weâre really pleased to hear that you were happy with the product itself and found it good value for money, and weâd love the opportunity to turn this into a 5â experience for you.
Please do get in touch so we can get this sorted straight away.
Best wishes,
Lisa & the CTUK Team
