Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the condition your tiles arrived in, it is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide.

We understand your frustration, particularly given the delivery cost, and we apologize that you were not given the opportunity to properly inspect the goods upon arrival.

All items should arrive in good condition and be handled with care throughout the delivery process so rest assured we will be taking this up with our couriers.

We have tried to contact you via email and phone to discuss further and offer a suitable resolution for you however, we have been unable to reach you.

Please can you provide us with best time to contact you to discuss these options and we would be more than happy to get back in touch.

We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to resolve this for you.

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry to hear that you’ve been left feeling this way.

We sincerely apologise that you have not received the updates you should have had regarding your order. As one of the items on your order is a long lead time item, we would usually provide updates throughout the waiting period, so we are very sorry that this did not happen on this occasion.

I have also tried to call you a couple of times to discuss this with you directly, but unfortunately I have not been able to reach you.

On this occasion, we are able to expedite your order at no extra cost, however we would just need to confirm that someone will be available to accept the delivery.

Unfortunately, some items can be subject to longer lead times depending on supplier availability, but we completely appreciate that regular communication should still have been provided throughout. We’re very sorry this was not your experience.

I have sent accross an email to you also and look forward to speaking with you.
