Amazing experience! Me and my boyfriend, both under 25, were looking for a car to rent for a road trip in Scotland, and this company was one of the top rated, not only for our age range, and we get why!! Everything went smoothly, they are really nice and competent, answering every doubt and providing really useful informations since the first moment we made our reservation. I recently rented a hire car from Heathrow, returning Edinburgh. The booking process was straightforward. pick up and drop off was relatively quick and staff were friendly and professional.
The car was clean, well-maintained and drove smoothly throughout the trip. We were complimentary upgraded to a higher category car than booked, which was a nice bonus.

Top notch service and an all around great experience. Our car was perfect for the two of us, we had the gps and travelled for 8 days all around Scotland, driving on the left side of the road for the first time. Celtic Legend were quick to respond to any questions we had before arriving in the UK and gave us great instruction when we picked up the car. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience all around. We rented a car for 6 days and we were absolutely satisfied. The car was in excellent condition, clean and reliable. A big thank you to Jarred, the staff member who handed us the car â he was very kind, patient and helpful. Since our English is not perfect, he kindly communicated with us using a translator and explained everything clearly.
We also really appreciated the shuttle service â the bus picked us up at the airport, took us to the rental location, and after returning the car, we were comfortably driven back to the airport. Returning the car was quick and problem-free.
Communication by email before our arrival was also excellent â all my questions were answered promptly and in a very friendly and professional way.

We could not have been more pleased with our car rental from Celtic Legend. The staff at our pick up point in Edinburgh were fully engaged, helpful and explained everything from the fee structure to some "need to know" items about our Karoq, Skoda, including traffic tips for Canadian drivers (us).
The vehicle served us very well over the 22 day rental period, and on return the folks at the off-site location at Heathrow were just as helpful, including shuttle service to Airport. We will definitely use Celtic again.
