Certainly Wood is the only firewood supplier I am aware of that stocks Dinkies. As I own a small Hobbit stove being able to order small logs is so much easier than having to saw up larger ones. The Flamers fire lighters are a great natural alternative to conventional fire lighters and very efficient. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful with fast delivery. I really couldn’t ask for a better firewood supplies company.

Possibly problems experienced by others have been caused by their recent catastrophic fire.

We've been buying exclusively from Certainly Wood since installing a wood burner in 2020. Always been very happy with the delivery arrangements and product quality. The Kindle Flamers are a brilliant idea and avoid having to buy smelly firelighters and kindling. Yes their prices have risen but what hasn't. You can't blame the company for the Government's incompetence. To be honest I am not a fan of their fire club, Tescos don't ask you pay for a Clubcard. I don't see why I should have to pay to be a loyal customer, although I have to say their loyalty points scheme didn't always work. The website is a bit quirky and won't let me change my email address.

I have been a customer of certainly wood for years. Always been happy with the service. I like the new fire club membership especially having the choice of morning or afternoon delivery.It is much more convenient. I buy bulk bags and whilst I think the wood is expensive it is good quality and burns well. I find you get what you pay for.

Great service from CW, logs are great especially being able to order longer ones for our large log burner. Delivery is top notch as well, lots of availabilty AM or PM. Not seen any change since the fire.

An excellent service - prices are competitive for the kiln dried wood - and under their new Fire Club scheme I find that I can get what I want when I want.

This company were one of the first to provide properly kiln dried wood. They know their stuff. The calorific difference between properly sourced sustainable kiln dried wood and the amateurs is huge. Our burner needs the good stuff to work in an optimal fashion. It chucks out the heat without tar all over the glass or deposited in the chimney.
The company has always been responsive to this customers issues. In 2023 I highlighted that the bags seemed to have less logs in them. Accused them of thrinkonomics! They were appalled. I sent them photos of the 2022 bag compared with the 2023. They responded immediately with an offer of 50 free bags. Kudos to them.
They had an awful fire incident in 2024. This impacted their whole operation but by communicating with their customers they seem to have mitigated the potential delivery effects.
I also quite like their new membership scheme. Whereby a discount is provided throughout the year and not just in the summer months when winter is a distant nightmare and we hope it's not going to happen.
As I write - I'm sitting in front of my wood burner. Clean burn. Clean glass. This is a good company and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

It's convenient to be able to choose a delivery time. Ordering is straightforward and the quality of logs in bags (which I prefer) is always good making fire lighting very simple. To date very good value with membership of the Fire Club. I hope the Company will be able to contain costs going forward.

Timely delivery of quality wood , at a competitive price. Has a great user friendly site. You get pleasant surprise of extras like kindling or fire lighters and is delivered on a wooden pallette that I have made into a Compost container.

Been using for years and always great quality wood. Like the storage bags and delivery usually been good. I feel for them after the fire but the cost this year (for bulk buy??) means that now far far too expensive to buy.

Changed sale to be very confusing and not good value- used them for years but will now need to find a supplier.

Have bought pallets of logs from CW in previous years and they have been fine in our open fire. Ordered a pallet of 30 bags and found these new logs seem to spit excessively unlike the kiln dried Birch logs I buy from a competitor of CW. I did complain and CW arranged for a bag of logs to be collected and tested. Their answer was I should replace my open fire with a wood burner and that the moisture content of the logs was within their standard, their logs spit naturally and they were not prepared to offer a refund.
I obviously won't be buying logs from CW again and now have 29 bags of their logs I can't use and will need to try and sell.

13th December update - to clarify, I always have a fireguard in place, you are aware of this as you could clearly see the fireguard when I sent you the videos. It would be irresponsible for anyone not to have a fireguard in place for an open fire and I am offended that you have chosen to make that misleading statement here.

I have bought lots over the last seven years, including the pallet of bags but your wood is just so expensive. I have purchased ash kiln dried logs this year from Gloucestershire & locally. I did email you about the significant price increase close to 35% for your loose 1.2m3 bag. Very disappointed but let’s see what the prices are like next year.
