Recent delivery of kiln dried logs really poor quality don’t burn or give off heat. Have been using certainly wood for 9 years always great until now - will be forced to source elsewhere in future. Their change of supply clearly not up to scratch. Such a shame.

We have been using kiln dried logs from certainly wood for the best part of 10yrs.
They were always of good quality and burnt very well.
Our recent load are very poor, they really do not burn well and give off little heat.
My wife contacted customer care. They requested a sample log be returned to them to test for moisture content.
Before we had chance to send a log to be tested we received an email saying they had tested the logs and they met their quality standard and then had the front to tell us how to light a fire!
I would suggest that these are no longer kiln dried, but merely seasoned logs.

I started buying from Certainly Wood last year when we put in a wood burning stove, I’m impressed by the quality of the wood, it burns so cleanly giving lots of heat. I joined the fire club, and although you have to pay to take part, I’ve already saved the fee and much more in discounts. Delivery is excellent being kept ‘in the loop’ all the time and the logs arrive well packed in large bags.
The only time I’ve had a query the customer service was exceptionally good and friendly. I’m very happy using the company on all counts.

Best quality wood I’ve found. Burns really cleanly and gives off a lot of heat. Great communication regarding delivery. Loved the freebee and really like the idea of planting a tree with my purchase. Will definitely use again.

Always first class Customer Service, prompt in reply, helpful and considerate. Logs always a decent mix of sizes and burn well. Bulk bag delivery by palletline has always been accommodating to our convenience & very much appreciated.

I have been buying my logs and all firewood accessories from Certainly Wood for more than four years and have never been disappointed.
Communication and deliveries is always reliable and my last order which comprised a large 1.6m3 bulk bag of logs, with Kindling, Kindle Flamers etc arrived with good quality dry logs which all burn really well.
I can't rate Certainly Wood highly enough and will be using them for all future purchases of logs and related products.

The wood is great and I became a member so I get money off and free starter fire lighters which are amazing. When I have rang up you are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Debbie ROBERTS ,

I have been ordering logs for a number of years from Certainly Wood since my neighbor suggested them. The logs, when ordered, are delivered to my door with little fuss. We use them in a stove and as they are dry they are easy to light and generate a lot of heat leaving very little ash at the end of the night. An excellent product!

Have been a customer for several years. Consistently good, dry logs and cannot fault the delivery service. Even this year, after the serious disruption of the premises fire, my order arrived in full on the day promised. A strong recommend – there do not seem to be many reviews on here ...so if you seek further reassurance look on Feefo where there are about 11.5k!!

I have been buying logs and flamers from Certainly wood for at least twelve years and have never encountered a problem. Tte wood is always high quality and the service excellent.

In October we took delivery of two bulk bags chunky 25 cm and chunky 35 cm. The wood is fantastic. It’s clean and dry and burns like a dream.
If you’re thinking of ordering for Christmas and New Year, just do it you won’t be disappointed!

Pleasantly surprised by the discount and freebees I received after taking out the annual subscription, in my opinion it is worth it.
As ever great service, the wood is top quality and burns cleanly leaving very little ash.

We have used Certainly Wood for logs, kindling and flamers since we had our wood burner installed in 2009. The logs and kindling always burn well and the flamers make it very easy to light the fire. Recently we have started using Kindle Flamers which are excellent. The fire always lights first time and is very quickly hot enough to burn the logs. The chimney sweep was very impressed with the condition of the flue and ash which shows the stove is burning at the optimum temperature. Customer service and communication regarding orders and deliveries is excellent.

I love this log supplier and have used them for years. I used others before but the moisture levels were too high despite being advertised as dried. Their logs are great and good delivery options.

Fast delivery--easy to handle boxes--wood burns really well--and their firelighters are the best! What's not to like--?

Fantastic product, fantastic service, we live in a rural part of the country with very difficult access, the admin. staff have been so helpful in arranging timings and a place for us to trans ship our order. We've been a Certainly wood customer for years and feel there is no other company to match them in the country. Finding affordable good quality kiln dried wood would be so difficult for us without them.

I’ve been a customer of Certainly Wood for many years and find their product consistently excellent. Delivery is always on the day I requested. As other energy sources increase it’s inevitable theirs have to increase. I use their wood in my log burner and my wood fired oven and have never been disappointed by the product. I have to admit that no matter what the weather brings it gives me peace of mind I have a source of heating that is sustainable.

Just bought 2 packs of ‘kindleflamers’ (the easiest way to start a wood burning stove!) and got two packs free! They were delivered within 2 days. Great product and great service!

Have used Certainly Wood for years after some bad experiences with others and large crate deliveries. The bulk bags are always stable when delivered. Wood is always very dry and lights well even without kindling. Always had good service from orders to delivery.
