Charlie M was very helpful
Charlie was very helpful and professional in not only dealing with my enquiries in the phone but also on site. He kept in touch by email and by text message on one occasion, knowing how busy I was with work at the time.
When viewing he took time to listen and answer questions, and gave me a sense of confidence in the house purchase process.
His courteous and measured approach belies what seems to be years of experience.
I heartily recommend him.

Professional & Efficient Service
I enquired regarding details on a property and was assisted by Charlie. Throughout our contact the customer experience was professional and concise.
Charlie ensured he was available to show me the property within the short time frame I had available and this was a tremendous help.

Excellent service from Chancellors in Ascot
Selling a house can be a very difficult process and I unfortunately lost my buyer through no fault of Chancellors but within a week Charlie Martin in the Ascot branch has found me a buyer perfect for my situation at a price I am happy with. His customer care has been exceptional and I would recommend him and the team at Ascot for anyone looking for a competitively priced estate agent.

Superb Experience
I've had an excellent experience with Chancellors throughout the process of the sale.
Amy in particular has an outstanding customer-care attitude, very polite, professional and helpful, and patiently clarified any questions arised for me throughout the process.
She also has excellent communication, prompt responses and is expert in her field.
I believe Amy and her team's customer centricity must be recognised and praised.
