Good agent, helpful, explain the property information in details

Amy from Chancellors has been amazing as have the rest of the team.

We met with Alex Dickson recently to view a property. He was already waiting for us when we arrived and was friendly and polite throughout the viewing. Alex had a good knowledge of the property and was able to answer any questions that we posed. He followed up the next day to get our thoughts and promised to keep us updated with any similar properties that he thought would be interesting for us.

i am not a fan of Chancellors and refused to sell through them as i found the Sunningdale office arrogant and always received very poor customer service when looking. Today Alex of the ascot office was wonderful. Honest personable on time with a smile - i could not wish for anymore in an estate agent. sadly property not for me but it would be wonderful if all agents were like Alex

My husband and I have visited a property shown for sale last Saturday. This was done by Alex.
Alex has contacted me by phone to arrange for the meeting, he sent me the details by email, and reminded me of the appointment when the time has approached. He was very professional and friendly at he same time, a difficult combination to have in one person. He has been honest about what he knew about the house and what he does not. He asked the right amount of questions in terms of what we were looking for and was very polite and attentive throughout. It was a good experience, although the house is not what we were looking for, it was our first viewing. Thank you, Alex.

My partner and I looked at a place today and were shown around by Alex . He was very polite and professional on the phone. In person he was instantly likeable. He provided us with all of the information we needed and answered all of our questions . I didn’t feel pressured in any way and he made me feel comfortable enough to tell him there and then that the place wasn’t right for us .
