Sophie hutchinson was really informative on all of the viewings she has taken us on very knowledgeable about areas and we have really enjoyed meeting her.

Richard viewed our property and gave us fantastic information about the value, condition and where our property sits in the current market.

Probably one of the worse experiences I have had when it comes to looking for a place to rent.

No other housing agency has been as exceptional as Chancellors, particularly Lillie Kirkham, one of the agents. Her exceptional energy and assistance was extremely helpful and in less than a month, she assisted us in renting our ideal home. She provided comprehensive guidance and ensured that we understood the process. The Chancellors team is incredibly supportive, we encountered plumbing issues upon our move in, they promptly resolved the issue within three days, and they provide additional assistance and support. I would strongly advise that you look into searching for a property from Chancellors, as they have rapidly become one of my personal favourites.

Very good experience with letting agent specially Amy jones and Richard team, high key recommended. This team is very smart and professionally handle all the situations so tactfully.

Lillie was great from the first day of the viewing. She was very thorough and answered all our queries straight away making the whole process a lot easier for us. She kept us informed at all times during the application and was very quick to process everything that had to be done. From the first viewing we knew this was the property we wanted and I want to thank Lillie for helping us accomplish this.

Very professional agents. They move very quickly, are honest, fair, and always try to help.

The first inspection was overdue but I accommodated him and agreed a date at short notice. He then turned up a week late and blamed me for getting the date wrong. Then they ignored the landlord's emails and calls about expiring gas safety certificate. In desperation the landlord put a note through my door and I accommodated them at short notice. Then Chancellors phone again, this time for another overdue inspection (you let it go overdue, not me). It's not convenient anymore to bend over backwards for this incompetence, so he threatened to let himself in with 24 hours notice with his own key. Absolutely disgraceful. There are many more communication issues I have with this place, but this one is currently the main problem.
