They were very quick to book me a viewing at the property I was interested in and finalised all necessary details to have me apply for the property asap. Their response time on emails is also really good so you are never left in the dark about anything for too long. If you are unsure about what you’re doing in the application process they will answer all questions had.

We received a courteous and speedy response to our property enquiry. Charlotte was very professional and answered any questions effectively and efficiently.

If you are a property owner read this before you appoint Chancellors as your property managers. They do not respond to emails you have to constantly chase them. All emails come from general email address so you don’t really know who you speaking to. Staff changes all the time I can’t keep up with the person who is dealing with my property currently is Marco Maltese. After an inspection in my property there were some repairs that needed to be done and that took a lot of chasing and several months to complete. They charged me double for one of the repairs which I did not approve. They charged me twice for one of the invoices which I queried two weeks ago and no one has come back to me. This morning I received my statement and can see the payment for the invoice deducted again. Their fees are high and they don’t provide service for it, they just take it as given. It would be helpful to put their position and faces on their website so you can approach more senior manager for assistance. I also find in their inspection reports there is no care for my property they just report. There was a damage to the skirting board. I did not let the property with damaged skirting board in fact it was freshly renovated but they came to me for repairs not to the tenant. I approved £230 they charged me £720 for it. I queried no response. I feel helpless and cheated.

The agent was efficient and effective. Gave answers to ever questions and it was really nice to have an agent who knew the property so well and was open to helping.

Emily was able to give me a great deal of information over the phone regarding the property I was interested in. I then met Emily at the property a few days later. She was very professional and friendly, and easy to talk to. I have bought and sold many houses over the years and have never used chancellors but because of Emily and one other member of your team, who I spoke to yesterday, I will definitely contact your company in the future when I decide I’m ready to sell and move on

Emily was waiting for me when I arrived for a viewing with a friendly smile.
She knew the property, was able to answer my questions and made a difficult to view property (due to a lot of things inside it) very good by pointing out the positives.
She also followed up with a call after the viewing to ask if I had any further questions about the property.

Emily has been very helpful, arranging viewings and answering my questions. I'm hoping I've found my next home.

Charlotte was the perfect hostess yesterday for the bungalow viewing and we immediately felt at ease. Charlotte showed us the interior rooms & exterior gardens with enthusiasm and creative ideas for repurposing one of the rooms.

This company has pestered me for months since I asked them to value my property. They have tried to get me to rent it, kept checking the progress of my sale through another agent and were generally a nuisance. They called me constantly from different numbers so I had to keep blocking them. They called today when I am on holiday in Greece even though I completed the sale of the property in March which they could have discovered for themselves by checking rightmove or the land registry direct.

From customer service over the phone to our viewing this morning we both found the experience a delight and would recommend chancellors to anyone

Emily met us at the Property for a viewing and immediately put us at ease. She is warm, friendly and personable.
She conducted the viewing professionally and made written notes of all the questions that I asked.
She responded promptly to these queries, contacting the Vendor the same day and replied to me the following day.
It is good to receive customer service nowadays.

Resolution has been met upon - I had an initial misalignment with what the expectations from Chancellors were, but Rebecca managed to call back and really listen to the feedback I gave and now the situation has indeed been rectified and resolved, hopefully the changes I have given suggestions of are implemented in the future. Was a rocky start and many delays due to lack of cross team Comms between lettings hub and chancellor's so trying to focus on linking them seamlessly for a customer perspective would really help.
