I have been using the services of Chancellors for letting
I have been using the services of chancellors for letting out my properties for many years now. They provide good and reliable services. Since the appointment of Sirus Kayedi as letting manager, Barnet and Totteridge, their services improved considerably. I even get interval calls in connection with law and regulations, reassessing renting value of the properties and whether I have any concerns. i have been using other agents before them but they are so far the best.

Efficient service
Took the strain away from all the logistical issues that needed to be dealt with. A bit frantic at the end but we got there and the tenants are lovely.

Sirus and his team exceeded expectations on all fronts from finding the tenant quickly to achieving the desired rent in no time. He is a thorough professional who knows his job very well.
