Sirus is very helpful and professional. When I phoned up looking for a place to rent he answered my questions and explained everything concisely. He discussed what’s currently available and took details in case any options become available in the near future.

My family moved from Australia to London and due to the help of Sirus from Chancellor's we managed to find a home to rent with ease. He went over and beyond for us, taking videos, giving us his number to contact him as well as replying when he was on holidays as he knew how stressful moving with young children is. We really can't thank him enough.

Took a while to get viewing but eventually, after only a few viewings (and Stephanie's first), we have a buyer who is in a really great position. Stephanie has been contactable and efficient at all times.

I saw a property with Sirus Kayedi. My wife especially asked me to follow up with him because of the prompt response and professional attitude. When I met him I was also particularly impressed. I was a bit late for the appointment but he was very courteous. A property agent primarily represents the landlord. However, a good property agent would also take time to understand and help potential tenant's concerns instead of doing a short job of it. Sirus is a good property agent in my opinion. I would definitely recommend others to work with him.
