We had a rather difficult move which took 6 months to complete (nothing to do with Chancellors) throughout this time we were kept updated and supported by Chancellors. Pharez was always very understanding on the phone and showed us real compassion when we felt a bit overwhelmed with the situation. Alistair was excellent he really went the extra mile for us to ensure that all parties were aware of progress and help to move things along.
