The support we have received during our tenancy with Chancellors has been exceptional.
Franki Deacon (our property manager) has always been prompt at responding to any queries or concerns, and provided clear and concise communication at all times.
She has ensured that any maintenance issues have been dealt with swiftly and to a high standard,whilst being flexible around our work and family commitments.

I recently had a wonderful and easy experience of a lease renewal with Renewals Property Manager Ms. Georgie Jenner from Chancellors. Georgie was very professional and kept me updated on each progress. The process was clear and easy.

My recent experience of dealing with the Chancellors for letting the property in Headington was very positive and satisfying. All staff I interacted with was superb but Ms Noorulhuda was exceptionally professional and stood out among others. Her kind, courteous & polite approach putting customer first is highly commendable. Nothing was too much for her. Her excellent grip on the ins and outs of tenancy subject matter & readiness to help when required really made my whole experience seem like a piece of cake for me as the landlord. She is a cut above the rest. I wholeheartedly highly recommend her promotion to a higher level of responsibility in the organisation. Her flexible honest non judgemental nature & treating customers fairly regardless of their demographics characteristics is an attribute that any organisation will be proud of. She is an asset to the Chancellors in her current position and through her transferable skills will be so in higher roles or indeed in any other similar organisation. I wish her the very very best.

Shana at Chancellors has been very responsive in communicating with tenants and keeping me informed.

I had an issue logging into my MyChancellors account, and the Property Manager Administrator, Poppy O'Reilly, was extremely helpful in resolving it. I'm confident she will be just as helpful if I need assistance again in the future.

Chelsey is always really friendly, polite and helpful, she was instrumental in helping us achieve our goals .

Lauren Betts has done, and continues to do, a great job for us - in terms of liaising with the tenants (and us) and organising maintenance jobs. Calm, efficient and patient in her communication too. Very helpful.

I wanted to thank Shana as I feel it only right to give credit where credit is due. Today I called in as I had a very time sensitive request. Shana jumped straight on the matter, told me how she was going to fix it, gave me a time frame and then got back to me quicker than her own estimate, having fixed the issue! It was very refreshing to receive such attentive and efficient customer service. Thank you Shana !

1. First three rent payments were late due to excessive payment lead time from Chancellors to landlord.
2. Initial property manager failed to inform tenants of agreed dates for workmen to attend, on more than one occasion.
3. Frequent change of property manager due to high staff turnover with no handover to successors.
4. Communication issues via Chancellors with tenants - emails not passed across and a number of issues went unreported by tenants - would benefit from more frequent catch ups with them
5. Had to chase for a mandatory rent increase(fixed % contracted) to be applied after approving this via email
6. My Chancellors app is non functional for issue handling and not even available for access at time of writing (MFA not working after introduction at short notice)

Lauren has recently taken over responsibility for dealing with our Oxford rental property and has been helpful and responsive whenever we have had queries or problems. So far so good.

My has experience with the Lettings Team in Kidlington overall has not been good but Kwesi Mugizi in the Bracknell office has been a shining light in terms of being helpful. A very professional individual. 5 stars

Lauren Clancy, based at Chancellors, Bracknell, went to great lengths to carefully communicate the issues of both tenants and landlord when negotiating an agreement relating to the return of a deposit. Her assistance was both informative and helpful and the end result was initiated very quickly. It was a great relief to have a satisfactory and stress-free resolution.
