Just completed on our house today and cannot thank Maria Davies enough for all her help!! So warm and friendly and just a dream to work with. If there were any problems, Maria was straight on the case and checked in with us constantly to update us. Thank you Maria for everything!!!

I rented my flat for over three years and the tenancy management was handled by Chancellors. They always kept me up to date and when I terminated the tenancy everything was extremelly smooth.

They are always polite, give you enough notice when prospective tenants want to view the property, and support you with the paperwork when doing the check out. Special thanks to the guys from the Wycombe branch and to Shana from Bracknell, who made everything really easy. We didn't have any problems and our landlord was really reasonable, but the people from Chancellors did a great job regardless.

We’ve been with Chancellor for nearly two years, and it has been the worst rental experience we’ve had. Initially, Lauren Betts seemed professional and helpful, but this changed when we discussed a key requirement over the phone. She assured us it would be fine, but later denied the conversation entirely. With nothing in writing, we were left in a very unfair position.

Our earlier dealings with another agent, Jason, were even worse. His behaviour felt discriminatory and dismissive. He routinely ignored our concerns and treated us with a clear lack of respect.

We strongly advise others to avoid this agency and keep everything in writing.

With the help by Liberty and team, we have a lovely stay in Winchester House and a smooth check-in/out process.
