Angharad was very informative showing us around a property.

Mitch at Chancellors, Brecon,was and continues to be very helpfull and extremely professional on every occasion I have spoken with him. He conducted the purchase of my current property with discretion and diplomacy and ensured he was always available to answer my many questions. He presents himself well, is extremely knowlegable about his industry and values his clients, taking time to make sure people are treated with courtesy and respect, not just another purchaser. Mitch is a vey valuable member of your team.

Angharad has been incredibly helpful and conscientious, making the potentially stressful process of buying a first home seem simple and straightforward.

As a purchaser I am very wary of estate agents as they have the interests of the seller foremost. However I have found Angharad at Chancellors has looked after my interests to the highest possible standards, being open, honest, very prompt in answering any queries. When the purchase hit a major problem, Angharad provided good advice and helped find a solution without doubt her intervention prevented the purchase from collapsing. When the time comes to sell, I would not hesitate to engage Angharad to help.

Chancellor's received us with warmth and immediately created an appointment to view the property. The agent was punctual and was waiting for us.

Our questions were answered satisfactorily and our access to the rooms and yard were well organised. A second visit was arranged and we were received yet again with the same hospitality and friendliness.

As far as we are concerned, Chancellor's provided us with a first rate agent who was friendly and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to use this agency again and based on our experience would recommend this agency to prospective buyers and sellers.

Angharad parry has always responded to emails and phone calls promptly. Though she works for the seller she has offered support and advice myself the buyer. Her realistic approach I felt has managed the sellers expectations and enabled the sale to proceed. Problems that have occurred have all been sorted quicker than I could of imagined. How anyone can get answers from the park that swiftly deserves a medal.

She also works beyond her work hours being in work before 9am and then way past closing. Which is exceedingly helpful.
