Great experience so far with…
Great experience so far with chancellors, Enzo showed us round the property initially and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area as we were not from around the area. Our next viewing was with Demi and again she was fantastic, especially getting us in last minute for a viewing the same day. I have also been dealing with Demi on the purchase of our new property and she has been very professional throughout. Very happy with our experience so far.

Great service from Demi and her team
Great service from Demi and her team, from the start, we felt they had a a real interest in our property, never felt left out of the loop, the viewings were genuinely positive and we achieved the outcome we hoped for with little or no stress, very happy! Would highly recommend.

Super speedy service
We were feeling more than a little battered, having just had the most bizarre experience trying to buy another house on the market with a different local estate agent, so it was such a relief to start the process with Chancellors. Helpful & Knowledgable.
In my current process of purchasing a property through Chancellors, Enzo, Demi and the team have been very helpful and knowledgable in regards to the houses they have listed.
Enzo understood what I was looking for and persuaded me to view a property I had previously dismissed which has resulted in us commencing the process to purchase that property.
When showing properties Enzo has been on hand and able to answer questions that have arisen and if not he has always followed up within a few days with the answers. Enzo maintains regular contact which is a nice reassurance during the ongoing process of purchasing a property.

I emailed Rightmove last Thursday night very late after finding the property of our dreams with Chancellors in Lightwater.
At 8:30am the following morning Jodie Nicholson called me and promptly arranged a viewing for that day. I was so impressed with Jodie’s professionalism. Her willingness to help us to secure this property was unbelievable. Jodie has shown us the highest standard of customer service and we strongly recommend Jodie at Chancellors for finding you the home of your dreams. We are so excited about moving and we can’t believe this has all happened in five days. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication and your incredible communication skills. We will be celebrating and treating you to a lovely bottle of champagne. You’re the best !!

Enzo recently showed us around a wonderful property in an area my partner and I are new to. He was a fountain of local knowledge in pretty much all directions! Once inside the space he did an excellent job of talking us through structural notes as well as offering up potential changes we could make. Clearly well prepared which is always nice!
