Hands down the best realtor you could ask for. Enzo was extremely patient with us on our journey of searching for a home. He truly cared and would point out when anything was amiss when viewing homes. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything Enzo Gemmoni!

Jodie was very thorough and commuincated with us really well. She was friendly and professional, she also had good suggestions to help us let our flat.

We had a lovely experience with Chancellors and specifically with Jodie from the Camberley office and Heather from the central office who have both helped us greatly and were both very involved with getting everything sorted. The only reason for rating it 4 instead of 5 stars, is because of the outsourced referencing platform that is being used, which we found to be lacking.

Jodie was so helpful and accommodating. She was able to find the right tenants for us and seamlessly worked through the process of referencing and check in and kept me up to date with every stage.

Enzo was tasked to sell my property this year. The house was not an easy one to sell , however Enzo and his team did a great job!
They kept me updated at all times and were consistently professional aswell personable.

We haven't sold yet, but having observed Enzo interact with clients viewing our property, we couldn't be happier and more confident in our choice of estate agent. Enzo appears to have taken on board everything we told him about the property and his customer focus and attention to detail is exemplary, even down to ensuring clients are happy that there is a cat in the house before entering !!
Also the level of communication we are having with both Demi (Branch Manager) and Enzo has been exceptional.

Enzo was very engaging as and Estate Agent. He had good knowledge about each property, was enthusiastic and very encouraging without being pushy for a hard sale. He provided possible options on the development potential of each property, giving us food for thought. We won't be buying the properties, but that is not in any way to do with Enzo's delivery. They just weren't right for us for other practical reasons.

Shared a couple of hours being shown properties with Enzo from Chancellors, Enzo was polite, helpful and great to deal with.

When we met Enzo we knew we were in good hands, he was very informative about the properties viewed and as promised he did come back to us with additional info. we required about the trees.

I am currently using Chancellors as a letting agent for my property. I am new to the rental market so have relied on their help and guidance during the process of renting out my property. The members of staff at Chancellors have been kind and respectful at all times. Amy and Daniel have worked very hard to find suitable tenants. We had issues with the first tenant but Juliet and Ben dealt with this situation with great professionalism and tact. Their guidance and support have been invaluable in this matter. Juliet has been good at resolving problems and has always dealt with any queries immediately and with great efficiency. Juliet has excellent communication skills and is able to co-ordinate with her colleagues. This is especially important as there seems to be a high turnover of staff at the Camberley branch so exchange of information can sometimes be an issue. I now have a new tenant who has just moved in thanks to Chancellors.

Contacted chancellors to arrange a viewing on a house we were interested in buying. Alongside viewing over 15 other properties with various agencies, Enzo at chancellors stood out as a great agent. Arriving at property on time, dressed impeccably and always cheerful, confident and knowledgeable. Not too pushy and questions answered satisfactorily when requested. We went ahead and placed an offer knowing we would get a good service from Enzo and his team. We’re confident he has a bright future ahead of him.
