Dexter updated me and reminded me of our appointment at the property I viewed. Dexter was knowledgeable of the property and was able to answer most of my questions - those that he couldn't he got back to me very quickly with the answers after the viewing which I very much appreciated!

Nice and early, waiting for me. Friendly and sounded very genuine. I will not hesitate to recommend him to other future buyers.

Alfie was always available to respond to difficult sensitive sale requests. We needed the on site attention as we were located in Australia, everything was conducted remotely. We have no hesitation in recommending Chancellors Camberley to any potential home seller.

Wow.. had advised that time was limited so initially thought they did well to organise something to give a valuation. Was emailed time I’d get a call. I confirmed great via email. Next day 10.30. No call, no email , no correspondence at all. I phoned them and excuse was incorrect phone number ! Considering they had already called a few times and emailed a few times I find this very surprising! With my limited time now wasted , manager at Camberley branch couldn’t even send stuff via email! Sounds like they are a get you in outfit but won’t give a damn afterwards. If I do sell it won’t be with chancellors! Very poor!

Dexter was a superb negotiator and definitely got the vendor and us the purchaser a great deal. He made the process of offering for a house simple and straight forward with a no nonsense approach.

Dexter was very polite and well informed about the property. He instantly took note of my additional questions and I felt reassured that he would cone back to me as a matter of priority to help inform my decision. He is very customer focused and is willing to help.

I had a good appointment with a knowledgeable advisor. Dexter was keen to find any answers to questions he didn't already know. He did however have a lot of information about the area as well as the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any perspective house purchasers or sellers alike!

The 5 stars are for Alfie Roach who is the ONLY one in the branch that ever returns a call or replies to an email. His communication throughout the sale has been very good. I can't say the same for all the members in the branch and the sale is due to complete this week and I haven't had one call from their 'sales progression team'. The Buyer and I have done that ourselves. So if you use Chancellors in Camberley, ask for Alfie!

Mateo was very welcoming and very knowledgable regarding the property. He offered to give me measurements of the rooms with a laser measurement tool which was extremely helpful.

A very smartly presented and polite young man who made the viewing a very pleasant experience. Please pass on our thanks.

Great communication, Amy has kept us updated everyday regarding our offer and continued this after it was accepted. Giving us guidance and support when required through the reference and credit checks and continues to answer any questions we have whilst we wait to move into the property.

Have been extremely responsive and helpful. Have shown patience and knowledge when attending visits to properties and have been thorough in the follow up in trying to reach an early exchange and completion.
