Olivia Hesson was super friendly and very helpful! She returned my call for my property manager from the day before and emailed the landlord within minutes of our call. She then had a confirmation for me within the hour and answered further questions very quickly. Grateful for her efficiency.

I had a great experience with Chancellors in finding a new tenant for my property. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
I would especially like to thank Katie Adams and Orianne Tewodros for their excellent communication, support, and responsiveness throughout. They were quite supportive especially when I had difficulties with a company in obtaining a satisfactory EICR. They kept me well informed at every stage and were always happy to help with any questions, which made the process completely stress-free.
I really appreciate their dedication and professionalism and would highly recommend Chancellors to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agent.

Hollie C supported us with a claim against previous tenants. She was outstanding, going above and beyond in the collation of extensive evidence to ensure DRS had as much information as possible. Thoroughly recommend following the DRS route if necessary.

I as a landlord want to express few kind words specially to Grace Curry in Head Office that since she started working in Chancellors; her support, advice and guidance throughout have always been first class without any doubt. She has delivered in a courteous and friendly way as always. It’s great news that she took over the roles and responsibilities as the Property Management within a very short time which is a great achievement and this is without any doubt due to her excellent service, work ethic, ideas. Her suggestions are always above and beyond that a client normally expects from the Property Manager. I cannot thank Grace Curry in Head Office enough for her professionalism, great communication and understanding in her area of responsibilities. Grace Curry is very polite, practical individual and does everything she says she would in a timely manner. I am really blessed and fortunate enough to have Grace Curry as the Property Manager. Absolute sit show from start to finish. When looking for a new property I specifically avoided chancellors properties.

There is no communication between them, you get emails from 20 different people and repeat yourself ad nauseaum. They are very quick to chase money but very slow to do anything else. If you send an email on Monday morning you'll get a reply around 4pm on Friday so they don't have to deal with it.

Terms agreed with letting agent were not reflected in the contract. Do not trust them, read your contract. They will try enforce a two month notice period, and bump your rent every year.

Shannon Townley-Taylor, who take over to support managing my flat in Oxford not long ago. She is always responding my requests very quickly and efficiently.
Also, she has been very helpful to go extra step to support my tenant to looking for new place to make sure I can meet my flat sale’s exchange date smoothly! I am very satisfied with her services.

I am so lucky that Emilia was the one contacting me when I first looked for a rental place for settling in the UK. She helped me to look for various properties based on my preference. However, I was way too early looking for one ahead of my arrival time, so most landlords would not consider my applications.

Emilia then assured me that she will look for others for me when the time is getting closer to my arrival time. I was so surprised that she did remember me after a long while. As she promised, she sourced couple ones for me immediately and finally I found the one I was interested.

As I was new to the rental application process in the UK, she guided me step by step and provided my profile to the landlord promptly.

I highly recommend her to anyone who looks for a place to rent in the area, she is nice and helpful in all aspects!

Scarlett from the Bracknell office gave us excellent experience with chancellors.
We had problems but she always solved them and without her we could not even move in for almost one mor week.

There were problems with the property independent from the Bracknell office but those in a different review.

This review is in regard to the service provided by Chancellors in completing our new Tenancy Agreement. Everyone involved was very helpful and pleasant, and we were kept informed about progress at all times. It was easy to sign the agreement on line and to download and print copies of the electrical and gas certificates. When the occasion arise,s we will use Chancellors again for future tenancy agreements.
