I am very impressed with the attention to detail Gracy Denyar-Freeman has applied to my initial enquiry and subsequent guidance through the purchase process

l have found Gracy to be an exceptional salesperson who is very methodical in her work and is willing to go beyond what l would have expected from an estate agent. She has always kept us very we informed and would find answers to any questions we have raised.

Exchange of contracts on the sale of our house at 27 Park Rd, Chipping Norton, is expected on 12th August. To date the Chancellor's team handling the sale has been truly excellent. Not only have they achieve £5,000 more than the asking price but in some ways even more importantly their communication (especially by Charlotte Kirk) has been superb. Charlotte has kept me in close touch with ow the matter is progressing, with frequent telephone calls. As a (retired) solicitor I can say without hesitation that I have found this aspect of the service provided by Chancellors to be unusually splendid and am most grateful.

The sales representative has been very helpful in answering enquiries about the property and accommodating of arrangements for viewing the property. She was well briefed. She has shown patience in allowing me to have a thorough look at my leisure. She did not insult my intelligence by pointing out the obvious.

I put my property on the market with Chancellors mid-January 2022. From the very beginning of the process in which Alice valued my property, the communication and customer care that I have received has been exemplary. I was regularly informed of interest in my property, feedback from viewings provided immediately and my property sold within a few weeks of being on the market. Alice and the rest of the team at the Chipping Norton branch have been incredibly helpful, personable and made the selling process seem easy. “Estate agents” two words most commonly followed by an eye roll - we all know that feeling, the old stereotype of smarmy sales pitches, only looking out for No.1 and chasing the sale at any cost. I can’t tell you how glad I am to say that we’ve found the exception to the well known stereotype in Alice at Chancellors. From first viewing, to negotiating our purchase, Alice has acted with integrity and compassion throughout- even dealing with me bursting into tears whilst our sale fell through leaving our onward purchase in jeopardy. Alice has been utterly helpful and reassuring- I couldn’t recommend her and Lauren from the Chancellors sales progression team highly enough.

Alice Rench at Chipping Norton branch has been absolutely fantastic in finding me a property. She is very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the properties she is showing. She has made a very long buying process much more bearable and has found me the perfect property.

Chancellors in Chipping Norton are marketing a Grade 2 Listed property which has an illegal front driveway that should be a garden. Despite local requests not to, Chancellors are using for their lead marketing image a photograph of the property with a large car parked in the illegal front drive.
Obviously this is not the ideal forum to express this, but local residents are very unhappy about the impression this gives that the house has a parking space/driveway. Sadly, senior directors at Chancellors have made it clear that they will not engage with local residents to resolve this issue. This is honestly mystifying on so many levels.
