Brilliant communication and very friendly staff

I was contacted by Izzy immediately after putting forth and enquiry on zoopla into one of chancellors properties and she has worked tirelessly to keep me updated and trying to secure a viewing, even though the current tenants were difficult to contact.

We have had a warm and friendly service from day one from Alice at Chancellors, she has kept us up to date all the way through the process and has always been a joy to talk things through with. Alice and Amelia have both been amazing at talking through the marketing options and recommending what they thought was best for our sale. Alice was even kind enough to talk through the purchase market with us, giving us some solid advice on the buyers market and how to approach a house we liked! Thank you for the excellent service!

After struggling with previous estate agents I was apprehensive about trying another, I shouldn't of worried! Chancellors have been fantastic! Both professional and yet still completely approachable. Always at the end of the phone for any queries and happy to help in any way. They didn't seem to struggle at all with finding people to view our property and sold our home in less than 6 weeks! Very positive upon first interaction and keen to put our property to market.
High turn over of staff which at times meant that I did not know who was specifically allocated to our property. When we eventually had a consistent and regular contact the process was a lot easier.
Sometimes felt as though I was making decisions that should be made by those who work in the sector - i.e. how to market the property and how we could reach more prospective buyers.
Overall experience was good, did the job and we eventually sold our property.
