I can't praise the support of Gemma Dry enough for all she did in endless coordination between myself and the buyer to conclude a very long-winded and tricky sale. Gemma's manner is always friendly, polite and utterly professional. She is responsive to calls and messages and follows through when she says she will do something. Gemma's competence and professionalism are exemplary.

Excellent Customer Service received from Amy Farquhar. Amy quickly resolved an urgent maintenance issue I had at the property I rent. Amy's communication was outstanding ensuring that I was kept updated thus making the whole experience stress free.

We didnt have a very good start when the person dealing with our sale at Lladrindod Wells left suddenly and we was left a little in the lurch with no contact. We then had contact with Katherine and without her i do not think we would be where we are now. Katherine took over the whole thing and without her persistance and telephone calls to all the solicitors involved and contnuing to chase from every angle we had a good outcome for a very stressfull experience for everyone. Thankyou Katherine i dont think it would have happened without you.

Kathy is a credit to the company, with all the downfalls of the company I have experienced Kathy specifically was flawless within the transaction process. Incredibly driven and attentive to the needs of the clients.

I rented my property in Central London from Chancellors in late 2021, and have been living in the property for nearly 8 months now. Chancellors is very transparent and easy to get in touch with. They have a dedicated property management team and Amy Stanborough, in charge of my property has been very easy to contact in case of any issues and is extremely proactive with getting in touch with landlord and resolving any issues with the property as soon as they are notified. She was always quick to book any repairs or contractors needed who would arrive on the same day to fix any issues with the apartment. The occasional courtesy calls to ensure everything with the flat is okay is also much appreciated.

Paul Whitehouse called me once a week to give me a personal update and useful advice. If I had any problems he reported them back to the local office or staff. Found Chancellors great and having Paul there to overlook it all a god send.

A special "Thank You" note to Paul for his professional advise and continuous support to bring my house to the market. Results are already showing after just a week!

Thanks for all your help and advice Paul. I have to say that I haven’t been hugely impressed with how things have progressed with my property but you definitely have helped to reassure me and I am grateful for that.

Louise and her team are outstanding communicators. They are above and beyond what I would expect. I can only hope the estate agents selling my own flat are as diligent and hard work. Louise has been in contact with me over a flat I love. I’m not at the minute in a position to proceed straight away but will be once my flat sells. She is reassuring , positive and always on hand. She is a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I have had to deal with in Newbury. The whole team are worth five stars. If I could I would sell my flat with this company.

Paul was really helpful - he took the time to listen to my position and escalate as required to get the issue resolved promptly. I really appreciated how quickly Paul resolved the issue for us.
