Katherine Badenhorst helped us in the process of buying our house after we had a bit of a setback at the beginning of the process.
She picked up on the case and guided us the whole way through, with constructive information, helpful tips and general check-ins.
She got us through the process as quickly and thoroughly as possible, and was very active in chasing up responses when she felt it had been too long.
We could not have asked for a better agent in this process and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

We were finding difficulty in navigating our way through the process of selling our house and buying another, when Paul Whitehouse contacted us . He explained to my wife and me what was needed in this process clearly and helpfully. This gave us great reassurance. However, it was Paul's care for us which impressed us the most. He would call regularly and email us too., keep us updated and encourage us.His manner and words put us at ease , being very courteous and respectful. Even after we had made a successful purchase of a property, Paul continued to support us, when he didn't have to.

Katherine Badenhorst is sensational at her job. I mean, off the scale amazing! An incredibly kind person, I cannot put into words how much she cared about both the sale and purchase of our homes. Yes, moving house can be stressful, but Katherine was our fairy godmother throughout - she not only makes you feel better and smile when the chips are down, but then goes the extra mile to ensure issues are resolved. Her advice is clear and helpful.

Paul is approachable and knowledgeable and is providing us with regular helpful updates to assist us with the sale of our flat.
