Very excellent service . We are very great and pleased with the service provided by chancellors staff ,her name is Katherine Badenhorst who is negotiator manager. We had a really hard time with solicitor not giving us a proper updates and waiting for a long time to get any updates but Katherine she help us so much . Without her I think I would have give up to purchase the property but she was always there ready to help us . Me and my husband are very happy and greatful to Katherine for her outstanding help . Once thank you Katherine.

I appreciate the support given by Paul in the process of selling my house.

I am writing this because Katherine had gone above and beyond to help my partner and I secure our property. We had many difficulties with our local Thame branch with 2 women (will not name names) workers dealing with our purchase. Katherine took over our purchase and was absolutely outstanding every step of the way. I am extremely happy and satisfied with Katherines service.

Ps I think it’s time to give Katherine a pay rise!

I honestly can't write in words how much Katherine (Kathy) Badenhorst has helped me in my house purchase. She was there on every step and hurdle we encountered. I am a first-time buyer, and she took her time to explain what I needed to do at every different stage, holding my hand of a daunting process. There was a lot of back and forth with the price and conditions. Kathy was able to communicate and deal with all the parties so well to ensure everyone was able to achieve what they wanted. Kathy would be available to talk at every hour of the day or week! I believe the purchase would not have happened without her, very impressive service. I will 100% come back to Chancellors if I sell/buy a property.

From putting in an offer to getting the keys of the property, Katherine was very supportive and helpful in driving the process forward. She was quick to answer any questions herself or by liaising with the vendor and solicitors, always friendly and reassuring to us as first time buyers.

I have been impressed with the level of service received from Louise Hughes. Her level of knowledge Of her industry and prompt handling of our situation Has been greatly appreciated.

My flat has been on the market for over 2 months and I’d only had 3 viewings. I wasn’t hearing from the estate agents and had received an offer, over 2 weeks ago and had heard nothing more about it.
I called head office and spoke to Paul who quickly took control and contacted the branch the same day.He phoned me back saying that someone will call me tomorrow morning after they have had their morning meeting.
The next day I still had not heard back. I contacted Paul again late afternoon who again chased it up and within the hour the branch contacted me explaining what my situation is on the flat, and other properties like mine and what’s next. i also an email regarding our conversation.
Paul rang me back to see how I was and if I was happy with the outcome.

Kathy is fantastic!

Kathy was fantastic throughout the process of buying and selling. She was always available on the phone and provided regular updates. As things got closer to completion she went above and beyond to chase solicitors and developers and ensure the sale/purchase got over the line.

Paul has kept in touch with regular checking in email and phone calls.

He responded promptly and helpfully to my concern over the price level that I had been advised (not by him) to set and got it changed immediately at my request.

I appreciated the speed and courtesy of this response and all communications.

Our negotiator Katherine Badenhorst was amazing. She kept the sale progressing during some frustratingly slow proceedings due to the solicitors' workload during lockdown and the stamp duty holiday. She chased up solicitors on our behalf, helped to get a new sale when our buyer's buyer pulled out and always kept us fully informed. Professional and helpful - I can definitely recommend.

Although my property hasn’t sold yet, Louise has been very proactive, communicative, helpful and solution oriented.

Quite unhappy with Chancellors overall. However, Leah Mansell has been very helpful since taking over property management of our area. She is professional, understanding and hardworking - always responding as soon as she can and seems to genuinely care about trying to sort out problems. 5 Stars to Leah! Throughout the sales process Katherine kept me fully informed with progress, as I had not moved for 20 years, I found this incredibly helpful. Katherine was great at keeping on top of both parties solicitors to ensure we kept on track.
I believe that if it hadn't been for her tenacity throughout the process my sale would not have gone through.
